Francesco Bozzano is a Vice President – Senior Analyst within Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance team. Based in Paris he manages a portfolio of investment grade and high-yield companies with a focus on the retail, healthcare and transportation sectors.
Francesco joined Moody’s in 2011 in London in the infrastructure team, covering a portfolio of European utilities and limited recourse financings of energy and infrastructure assets, including conventional project finance transactions.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Francesco worked at Mediobanca in Milan, in the project finance team. Francesco holds a Bachelor degree in business administration from Bocconi University, Italy, and a Master of Science in international business from HEC, France.
Francesco is fluent in, Italian, English, French and Spanish.
Charleyne Biondi is an Associate Vice President in the Digital Economy team, leading the policy and regulatory research surrounding emerging technologies.
Before joining Moody’s Digital Economy team, Charleyne worked as a political science researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York and at the Center for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF), focusing on the philosophy of technology and the societal implications of digital transformation.
Charleyne holds a dual Ph.D. in political theory from Columbia University and Sciences Po. She is a published author and pursues her research interests as a senior fellow and technology expert at the Montaigne Institute in Paris. Prior to her Ph.D., she worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase and graduated from a Master of Finance at Sciences Po Paris and Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Vincent Gusdorf is a Associate Managing Director in the DeFi and Digital Assets team (DFDA), leading Moody’s blockchain technology research. Before joining the DFDA team, Vincent worked for the Innovation and Data Science team, managing several machine learning projects and defining the innovation roadmap.
Vincent worked as a credit analyst for 16 years and covered investment grade and high-yield corporates. He also contributed to developing Moody’s cyber risk expertise in Europe. Before joining Moody’s, Vincent worked at Standard & Poor’s, Exane BNP Paribas, and Ernst and Young.
Vincent is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master of Finance from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a self-trained programmer and developed his blockchain and machine learning expertise by completing multiple online data science and cloud certifications. Vincent is also a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
