David Aldrich Managing Director - EMEA Commercial Relationship Management & Global Sovereigns Moody's Ratings

David Aldrich is Managing Director of the EMEA Commercial Group, with responsibility for all Moody’s customer relationships in EMEA, across both Developed and Emerging Markets, for Fundamental and Structured Finance. 

David is also Managing Director for relationships with Global Sovereign and Multilateral Development Banks, and previously was Head of Emerging-EMEA for Regional Management. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2013, David managed various fixed income, derivatives and securities services businesses at UBS, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and, latterly, BNY Mellon. At BNY Mellon, David was EMEA Business Executive for both Alternative Investment Services and Broker-Dealer Services, and was also Head of Securities Industry Banking, Europe within Global Client Management. 

David studied Economics at the University of Kent and is on the MBA Advisory Board at Bayes Business School, City, University of London.

Igor Ovčáčík Country Manager - Czech Republic, Vice President-Relationship Manager – CEE, LBO Desk Specialist – EMEA Moody's Ratings

Igor Ovcacik is Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Vice President /Relationship Manager for selected Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) countries, located in Prague, the Czech Republic. He is responsible for business development, acquiring new customers and managing relationship in the region.

Igor has extensive banking experience, having worked in Czech and international banks for more than 25 years. His track record covers corporate relationship management, structured finance, syndications, acquisition finance, real estatefinance, public sector finance, renewable energy finance and export finance.

Igor holds an Ing of economics diploma from Prague School of Economics /University, Finance and Credit.

Colin Ellis Managing Director - Head of Centre for Credit Research Moody's Ratings

Colin Ellis is Moody’s first Global Credit Strategist, and a Managing Director in the Credit Strategy team. 

In his current role, Colin provides thought leadership for the rating agency that deepens the understanding of ratings and debt capital markets through rigorous and quantitative research. He leads Moody’s teams working on default and ratings analytics and on global financial analysis, including bank projections and stress testing. Colin is also a member of Moody’s Macroeconomic Board, which sets the global forecasts that underpin Moody’s universe of ratings.

Colin joined Moody’s in February 2012, initially leading the work of the Macroeconomic Board and authoring the quarterly Global Macro Outlook. He subsequently worked in the Financial Institutions Group, developing quantitative forward-looking analyses. For 8 years he was the Chief Credit Officer for EMEA, leading analysis and coordination of credit and ratings across all rating franchises in the region. He was also the ‘Head of UK’ for Moody's Ratings, responsible for the running of Moody’s UK operations, from 2019-2022 including the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Colin held roles at the Bank of England, Daiwa Capital Markets, the BVCA and at Birmingham University. He has published papers on a range of topics including corporate investment and pricing, credit risk, private equity, data uncertainty, stress testing, financial contagion and monetary policy. Colin holds degrees from York University, the London School of Economics and Political Science, and Middlesex University. He is a Visiting Professor at Hult International Business School and LSBU, and is also a Fellow of the RSA.

Olga Loiseau-Aslanidi Managing Director, Predictive Analytics Moody's

Olga Loiseau-Aslanidi is a Managing Director in the Predictive Analytics team. She leads Integrated Risks research and coordinates the efforts of Regional Senior Leaders across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Her role drives impactful research innovation in Moody's solutions, ensuring they are locally relevant while maintaining global strategic alignment. Based in Dubai, with previous stints in Singapore and Europe, Dr. Loiseau-Aslanidi has been with Moody's since 2010.

A trusted advisor to senior leaders worldwide, Olga specializes in building organizational resilience across various risk disciplines. Her expertise spans quantitative research in credit risk and macroeconomics, business development, and customer experience. She has a proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing frameworks, and implementing complex systems and analytics for clients located around the world.

Olga holds a double Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics and Econometrics from CERGE-EI New York and Charles University in the Czech Republic. She completed studies for M.Sc. in Mathematics and holds a B.Sc. with honors in Applied Mathematics.

Matej Nekvinda Associate Director - Data Scientist Moody's Analytics

Matěj is an Associate Director at the Moody’s Analytics Prague office. He is responsible for the development of Moody’s Integrated Risk Analytics covering variety of risks such as Credit, Market, Climate & ESG, Cyber and Geopolitical. He helped to build the mathematical framework, supports the ongoing implementation and contributes to other project development-related tasks. Before joining Moody's Analytics, Matěj worked as Lead Data Scientist at Nielsen in Prague, where he overviewed work on various audience measurement projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics and Econometry from Charles University, Prague.

Martin Jahn Board Member for Sales and Marketing ŠKODA AUTO a.s.

Martin Jahn was born in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1970. 

In 1994, he received a master’s degree in Foreign Trade and International Relations from the University of Economics in
Prague. In 1999, he completed an MBA programme in marketing at the DePaul University in Chicago.

From 1994 to 2004, Jahn worked for CzechInvest, the Czech government agency for foreign investment. He started
there as Marketing Manager, heading the company’s US operations in Chicago from 1996 to 1999, and held the position of CEO from 2000 to 2004.

He was Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs in the Czech Republic between 2004 and 2006.

In 2006, he started working in industry at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. in Mladá Boleslav as Board Member for Human Resources. 

In 2008, Jahn was appointed Managing Director of Volkswagen Group NSC in Moscow, Russia, where he was responsible for Group Sales. He was also a member of the Supervisory Boards of VW Financial Services Russia (2009 - 2010) and ŠKODA AUTO a.s. (2009 – 2016).

Jahn served as President of the Czech Automotive Industry Association (2009 – 2016) and Vice President of the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic (2009 – 2012).

In 2010, Jahn became Managing Director of the Volkswagen Group’s international fleet business in Wolfsburg, Germany, where he was responsible for managing global Group sales. 

From 2016, he worked in China as Executive Vice President for Sales & Marketing and Managing Director of the Volkswagen brand at FAW-VW. 

Jahn has been Board Member for Sales and Marketing at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. since March 2021.

Steffen Dyck Senior Vice President, Sovereign Risk Moody's Ratings

Steffen Dyck is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group.

Based in Frankfurt, he is the lead analyst for a portfolio of European sovereigns and multilateral institutions.

Up until early 2018, Steffen was the lead analyst for number of sovereigns and multilaterals in the Middle East, including Egypt and most of the Gulf Cooperation Council members.

Before relocating to Frankfurt in June 2015, Steffen was based in Moody’s Singapore office, where he covered sovereigns in the Asia-Pacific region as well as in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2012, Steffen worked for more than six years with Deutsche Bank’s Risk Analysis team in Frankfurt and Singapore, covering macroeconomic and sovereign risk analysis across Asia (ex-Japan), Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He also helped manage the bank’s sovereign rating processes.

Vincent Gusdorf Associate Managing Director, Digital Economy Moody's Ratings

Vincent Gusdorf is a Associate Managing Director in the DeFi and Digital Assets team (DFDA), leading Moody’s blockchain technology research. Before joining the DFDA team, Vincent worked for the Innovation and Data Science team, managing several machine learning projects and defining the innovation roadmap.

Vincent worked as a credit analyst for 16 years and covered investment grade and high-yield corporates. He also contributed to developing Moody’s cyber risk expertise in Europe. Before joining Moody’s, Vincent worked at Standard & Poor’s, Exane BNP Paribas, and Ernst and Young.

Vincent is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master of Finance from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a self-trained programmer and developed his blockchain and machine learning expertise by completing multiple online data science and cloud certifications. Vincent is also a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
