With over 20 years of international experience across Real Estate and Debt Capital Markets, Pontus has extensive knowledge in building debt platforms, formulating strategy and spearheading business operations with a focus on delivery of shareholder and investor returns. He has held several senior management positions, his previous role being Chief Representative for Helaba in the Nordics, where he was responsible for establishing the Nordic bank and its focus on Commercial Real Estate. Pontus holds a MSc in Real Estate finance from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Business Administration from Stockholm University School of Business in Sweden.

Linus Silfverduk is Associate Managing Director –Head of Relationship Management for the Nordic region as well as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Moody's Ratings maintains approximately 500 existing rating relationships across the region from various sectors such as corporates, financials, sovereign, sub-sovereign, and infrastructure. The coverage teams, based out of Stockholm, Frankfurt and Zurich, are responsible for account management, business development and engagement with local rating advisers and other intermediaries.

Linus is also Moody’s Ratings Country Manager for Sweden and Director of the Nordic subsidiary, Moody’s Investors Service (Nordics AB). He is Executive Sponsor for the Nordic Inclusion Group.

Prior to joining Moody’s in early 2017, Linus worked ten years for Nordea Bank, from 2010 in the Corporate & Investment Banking division, covering a portfolio of Swedish global manufacturing companies. Linus has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics.

Simon Ainsworth, who is based in London, is an Associate Managing Director responsible for the analytical teams maintaining ratings on Nordic and Baltic banks and on a range of European insurance companies.

Simon previously served as a Group Credit Officer. In that role he carried responsibility for monitoring ratings quality as well as assisting in the development and implementation of rating methodologies and practices applied to rated financial institutions within the EMEA region.

Simon joined Moody’s in March 2014 following sixteen years at the Bank of England.

At the Bank, he worked in a variety of roles primarily in its financial markets and banking operation divisions; as well as working on a variety of financial risk and crisis related issues. This included the resolution of failed banks, as well as responsibility for the risk management framework applied to collateral accepted in the Bank’s sterling market operations.Simon graduated from the University of Durham in 1998, having studied Economics and Politics. He is based in London.

Paula Jouandet-Dahlen is a Vice President – Senior Analyst based in Stockholm and is the lead analyst for various banks in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Paula joined Moody’s in April 2024 from AXA Investment Managers in Paris where she was Head of Credit Research, leading a team of credit analysts across Europe covering banks, corporate, sub-sovereign and agency issuers. Prior to AXA IM, Paula spent time at Fortis Investments and Barclays Capital. She holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg.

Niclas Boheman, based in Stockholm, serves as Moody’s lead analyst for large banks in the Nordics and also has responsibilities for UK Specialist Banks. His work includes a core focus on cyber risks affecting European banks, complemented by broader analysis of innovation and digitalisation trends within financial services.

Mr Boheman joined Moody’s in 2016, having previously held a number of roles at Svenska Handelsbanken, including as a bank analyst. 

He holds a Degree of Master of Science (One Year) in International Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University.

Petter Bryman is a Vice President – Senior Analyst with Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group, based in Frankfurt. He is the lead analyst for a number of European sovereigns, mainly in the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Moody’s in February 2018, Petter served as a Desk Officer with the Budget Department of the Swedish Ministry of Finance for seven years, where he functioned as the lead analyst for fiscal policy across a number of different policy areas, including the public pensions system, social insurance, migration and integration policy as well as EU budget policy. Petter also previously worked on EU and international affairs at the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications as well as a political advisor at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg. Petter holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Master in Public Administration from the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Irina is an Analyst in the EMEA Insurance Team, with lead responsibilities for a portfolio of insurance companies in several European countries. Irina joined Moody’s London office in 2018 and transitioned to Frankfurt in 2020.

Prior to her current role, Irina worked as an Associate Analyst providing analytical support for a range of insurance companies across the EMEA region. Irina also supported ratings for UK asset managers.

Irina graduated from the Vienna University of Economics with M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the same university.

Guillaume Lucien-Baugas joined Moody’s in September 2007 and is based in Paris in the Financial Institutions Group where he has responsibilities for rating a number of banks in France and the Benelux. Prior to joining the Financial Institutions Group, he was part of the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s, rating CDO and CLO transactions. 

He started his career in asset management at Eiger Capital Limited in London, where he was a senior credit analyst in the fixed income markets.

Mr. Lucien-Baugas holds a masters degree in Finance and Management from Dauphine University (Paris IX) and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from ESCP Europe. He is a CFA Charterholder.
