Lenny Ajzenman is an Associate Managing Director with Moody’s Ratings, and co-heads the Technology, Media and Telecom Team within U.S. Corporate Finance. Prior to his current position, Lenny chaired rating committees for companies across a variety of industry sectors and covered a portfolio of investment and speculative grade business and consumer services companies. Lenny was instrumental in the development and rollout of Moody’s Probability of Default Ratings and Loss Given Default Assessments for speculative grade issuers and has published frequently on leveraged finance topics.

Prior to joining Moody’s in June 2004, Lenny was Vice President and Controller at MacAndrews & Forbes Group Inc. In addition, Lenny was a manager in the mergers and acquisitions and audit departments of Deloitte & Touche. Lenny holds a BBA from Baruch College and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Carlos Winzer is a Senior Vice President at Moody’s Ratings where he heads up the European telecommunications team in the Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Winzer joined Moody´s New York in 1992. After spending two years at Moody’s office in NY and eight years in London, he relocated to the Madrid office in 2002. He joined Moody’s from Citibank NA, where he was Corporate Bank Risk Manager and Relationship Officer in Corporate Finance. Mr. Winzer holds a graduate degree in economics and business administration from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros in Madrid). In addition, he holds a postgraduate degree in business administration from Guildhall University in London. Mr. Winzer is a professor at ICADE business school and IEB MBA program in Madrid. 

Emile El Nems is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Team covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield issuers in a number of verticals, including social media, diversified telecommunication service providers, media, entertainment and interactive media services.

Prior to his work on the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Team, Emile covered issuers on the Homebuilding, Building Materials and Packaging Team. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2019 as a VP-Lead Analyst, Emile was a portfolio manager at a large US hedge fund for five years and a managing director responsible for a Technology, Media and Telecommunications portfolio at a European hedge fund for seven years.

Before his asset management experience, Emile was a principal in the Investment Banking Group at Thomas Weisel Partners and a team leader in the Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities covering global wireline and wireless telecommunications, cable, and media companies. Emile received his MBA in finance from Columbia University and BS in Chemical Engineering from Stevens.

Nidhi Dhruv is a Senior Credit Officer, with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.

Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years. 

Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.
