Nicole is an executive at ASFI leading the development of sustainable finance standards to increase capital flows to the climate and nature transition and embed them into practice. Notably, Nicole led the development of the Australian Sustainable Finance Taxonomy working closely with government and regulators, on the development of common definitions for investible economic activities aligned to the net zero transition. She also leads a body of work with major finance sector entities to integrate nature considerations into financial capital allocation decisions. Nicole has a background in climate and sustainability in government, banking, private equity, and law. She has deep knowledge and experience working across the finance value chain on structuring sustainable lending, assessing sustainable investment credentials and applying key sustainability frameworks, and in the public sector, has led the review of major climate policies.
Nicole holds a Master of Laws in international trade and post-graduate qualifications in finance and economics.
Tessa Dann is currently the Head of Sustainable Finance for Asia Pacific for Societe Generale. She leads origination and execution of sustainable banking activities in the region, supporting clients in their transition and endeavours to deliver positive impact. In early 2025, Tessa was awarded Best Sustainable Finance Banker for Australia and New Zealand by FinanceAsia.
Tessa has more than 10 years of cross-sector experience in sustainable finance as well as debt capital markets, investor relations and funding management. Prior to Societe Generale, Tessa was a Director of Sustainable Finance at ANZ Institutional Bank and previously worked in Funding and Investor Relations at Queensland Treasury Corporation, including establishing their green bond program.
Tessa is also an active contributor to the region’s sustainable finance community, supporting the development and improvement of market standards. Tessa is the Co-Chair of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association Green and Sustainable Lending Committee and is involved in various other industry groups.
Adriana Cruz Felix, Senior Vice President of Sustainable Finance. Adriana heads Moody’s Ratings sustainable finance analytical team for the EMEA region. This team is responsible for producing second-party opinions and net-zero assessments.
For more than a decade, Adriana has been engaged in the sustainable development sector, dedicating the last seven years to analyzing the potential environmental and social benefits of financial instruments. She is one of the main authors of Moody’s Ratings SPO assessment framework and serves as the Chair of Moody’s Ratings Sustainable Finance Analytical Council. Additionally, she actively participates in ICMA’s sustainable finance working groups and task forces. Her sectors of expertise are energy and transition, green buildings, biodiversity, and social projects.
Jeffrey Lee is the Senior Vice President-Sustainable Finance and Head of Assessments for APAC with Moody’s Ratings. He is based in Singapore. In this role, Jeffrey oversees analytical teams in Hong Kong SAR (HK), Singapore and Tokyo, who are in charge of producing assessments on the credentials of sustainable debt instruments and financing frameworks (Second Party Opinions) and the strength of entities’ carbon transition plans (Net Zero Assessments). Jeffrey also supervises publication of thought leadership research related to sustainable finance market, such as sustainable finance outlooks and thematic reports on transition finance.
Jeffrey regularly participates as a speaker at high profile external conferences, roundtables, and media engagements. He represents Moody’s on various industry working groups and associations, including the International Capital Market Association’s Green and Social Bond Principles advisory council and the Singapore Sustainable Finance Association.
Before his current capacity, Jeffrey was a senior credit rating analyst for the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) at Moody’s Ratings, where he was a lead analyst for assigning credit rating for banks and non-bank financial institutions in the ASEAN and India. Prior to that, he was a regional manager and led a team of associates providing credit rating support for the FIG in APAC. He joined Moody’s in 2013 as an associate covering Korean financial institutions.
Before joining Moody’s Jeffrey worked at Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division in South Korea, covering a portfolio of Korean clients. Jeffrey holds a BSc in Economics from Korea University.
