Mimi Eng is a Vice President-Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Structured Finance Group and is responsible for rating U.S. primary CLO transactions and structured notes. Prior to joining Moody’s, Mimi worked at New York Life Investments, where she was a product manager focused on CLOs and, before that, she worked at JP Morgan Securities in the CLO/CDO structuring team. Mimi has also previously held positions in derivatives marketing with JP Morgan Securities and with Bankers Trust Company.

Mimi holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Derek Gluckman is a Vice President – Senior Covenant Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Derek specializes in covenant analysis and research, with particular focus on leveraged loans.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Derek was a managing associate in the banking and finance practice group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP and was previously an associate in the leveraged finance and transportation finance practice groups at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. His practice focused primarily on representing agents and lenders in commercial banking transactions.

Derek holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Peter Hallenbeck is a VP-SF Senior Officer Legal Review in Moody’s Structured Finance

Group, where he has worked since 2006. He is currently a lawyer in the group

responsible for providing ratings for primary CLO transactions. He has worked on

a variety of Structured Credit transactions, including CLOs, risk retention

financings, Trup CDOs, structured notes, synthetic CDOs, re-securitizations, and

other esoteric transactions. He has published numerous articles related to

structured finance.

Mr. Hallenbeck holds a B.A. in French from Davidson College and a J.D. from

Vanderbilt University.

Christina Padgett leads the Leveraged Finance Research and Analytics Team and Private Credit Research. Her remit includes facilitating in-depth, cross-disciplinary research on credit trends in the US leveraged finance, US private equity and global private markets. Ms. Padgett brings multi-cycle expertise in the credit markets to her role, which is informed by frequent meetings with issuers, investors, regulators, alternative asset managers, and bankers. She presents often at industry conferences and is regularly quoted in the financial media.

Before joining Moody’s, Ms. Padgett was an M&A investment banker at JPMorgan Chase. At the bank, she also worked in Europe Corporate Finance and Credit Audit following the completion of the bank’s credit training program.

Ms. Padgett received a M.A. in International Political Economy from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, and a B.A. in History from William Smith College.

Sam Spackman is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Moody’s Structured Credit Surveillance team, with a primary focus on CLOs. Before joining Moody’s in 2015, Mr. Spackman was the Head CLO Trader at Canaccord Genuity and Odeon Capital before that. Prior to trading CLOs, he spent 10 years purchasing and structuring CLOs at Katonah, Greywolf Capital and Rabobank. Mr. Spackman began his career in the Global Securitization Group at Citi in 1996, focusing on a variety of ABS securitized asset classes. Mr. Spackman has a BA from Vassar College.
