Mr. Imran Khan is the Executive Director of the International Chamber of Commerce in India (ICC India). He has over two decades of global experience spanning international trade, business policy, strategic management and institutional engagement, gained through his work with leading corporations, academic institutions and think tanks.
His professional work focuses on the evolving global trade and economic landscape, with particular engagement in the multilateral trading system, digital trade, cross-border investment and international arbitration. His broader interests include international relations and dispute resolution. He has contributed to several international policy initiatives, including Brazil’s B20 Trade & Investment and Infrastructure & Finance Task Forces.
Mr. Khan holds bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law, an MBA from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, and an MPhil in International Relations and Politics from the University of Cambridge. He has also attended an advanced management programme at the Marsoft and Lorange Institute of Business, CEIBS, in Zurich.
He serves on the Global Advisory Panel of Trade Treasury Payments and is a member of the Corbett Centre for Maritime Policy Studies at King’s College London.
Mohamed is a strategic leader and seasoned professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the Banking and Finance sectors in the US, Europe, and the Middle East with a special focus on financial crimes compliance. He previously held the position of Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and then Business Development Director for Thomson Reuters and Refinitiv for the Middle East and Africa for 10 years.
Mohamed also collaborated for a decade as the Banking and Finance Practice Leader with the IBM Distributor in the Gulf (Gulf Business Machines- GBM). Mohamed’s knowledge in financial crime encompasses regulations, requirements, processes, Fintech/Regtech solutions approaches, and best practices across industries.
Before coming to the Middle East, Mohamed held several executive positions in large international banks in the US, UK, and Europe across retail, wholesale, and investment banking.
Shiran Moodley is the Climate Solutions Lead within the Moody’s industry practice across APAC and Middle East.
His area of focus includes topics of climate risk, sustainable finance, data and analytics, financed emissions, and global regulations concerning ESG and Climate.
Shiran has worked with large financial institutions in helping to design and implement ESG and climate risk solutions to support risk identification, quantification, integration and risk management.
Before joining Moody’s, Shiran led Sustainable Finance team for HSBC in Dubai, covering Lending and Trade Finance products for the Middle East and North Africa region. Previous experience also includes leading Sustainable Finance for Absa bank in South Africa.
Shiran holds an honors degree in Actuarial Science from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg.
Hardik Jadav is a seasoned sales leader with over ten years of experience in consultative sales across the risk, compliance, and technology sectors. He partners with large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, to enable them identify and solve critical business challenges and help them stay ahead of the curve.
At Moody’s, Hardik delivers complex solutions for corporate clients, addressing key challenges in supply chain, sustainability, corporate finance and transfer pricing. He also collaborates with government agencies, helping them modernize approaches to national security, tax investigation, and financial fraud prevention. Prior to Moody’s, he served as a consultant at Wipro, where he contributed to large-scale data, analytics, and AI transformation projects for clients in the BFSI sector.
Hardik holds a PGDM in Marketing from the T.A. Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
