Sandra Veseli is a Managing Director and Head of the EU for Moody’s Ratings, currently based in Frankfurt. She is also the Country Manager for Germany. Sandra is responsible for coordinating the strategic, operational and business engagement with internal and external stakeholders across the region.

Before joining the regional management team, Sandra was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Group in London, leading the UK corporate and the global leveraged finance franchise.

Sandra joined Moody’s in 2013, bringing 20 years of banking experience. Prior to Moody’s, Sandra worked at Credit Suisse, where she was the Head of Rating Advisory for EMEA since 2010, after holding senior positions in the rating advisory teams at Morgan Stanley and Citi.

Sandra began her career at Dresdner Bank in Germany.

Sandra holds a Diploma from the Frankfurt Business School of Finance & Management.

Sarah has been the lead analyst for most countries in the European Union, and is also a former lead analyst for the United States. She is currently the lead analyst for France and Italy, among other European countries. She is also one of the Sovereign Risk Group’s global spokespeople. 

She joined Moody’s in 2009 after completing a Sloan Fellowship at the London Business School. Prior to this academic sabbatical, she spent seven years at the Financial Services Authority in London where she headed the regulator’s Risk Analysis area and acted as its chief macroeconomist. Before joining the FSA, she worked in Dun & Bradstreet’s Economic Analysis Group for six years, where she was the organisation’s Deputy Chief Economist. 

She holds an MA in European Studies (with a concentration in Economics and Finance) from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in Washington, DC and an AB with a double major in Government and History from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire in the United States. She is a CFA Charterholder and is co-chair of the Macroeconomic Committee of the CFA Society France. She is a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States and is based in Paris.

Sven Reinke is a Managing Director in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Sven is responsible for a team on London-based Lead Analysts covering Commodities, TMT and Business and Consumer Services sectors. Sven joined Moody’s in the autumn of 2013 with 12 years’ experience in a number of different corporate credit roles. During his first nine years at Moody’s, Sven was a Lead Analyst covering a number of different corporate sectors.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Sven spent six years as a Senior Corporate Credit Officer at UBS Investment Bank in London responsible for the credit risk management of a portfolio of corporates in different industries. Before joining UBS, Sven was the Lead Credit Analyst for Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi’s German and Benelux blue chip counterparties. At the start of his career, Sven spent four years as a Credit Analyst at Deutsche Bank’s German mid-cap credit risk department.

Sven has a Masters Degree in Economics with focus on finance and banking from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Sven also passed all levels of the CFA Program.

Antonello Aquino is Managing Director, global co-head for Insurance, Funds and Asset Management, and EMEA Private Credit at Moody’s Ratings. He leads Moody’s analytical team responsible for maintaining credit ratings on insurers, funds, and asset managers in EMEA and North America, as well as private credit entities.

Antonello joined Moody’s in 2008 as a Senior Insurance Analyst, covering major European (re)insurers. Prior to Moody’s, he led the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) rating advisory practice at Credit Suisse in Europe. His earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Analyst in Standard & Poor’s insurance sector, and positions within the FIG M&A teams at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW) and ABN AMRO.

He holds an MBA from HEC Paris and is an alumnus of London Business School. He graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Italy. Antonello is fluent in English, Italian, and French.

Mr. Lickes is a member of the private debt team and focuses on client solutions.

Prior to StepStone, Mr. Lickes was with LGT Capital Partners, working on the strategic asset allocation of multi asset class portfolios. Before that he was with Vontobel and the Centre of Economic Research, Switzerland, as research assistant.

Mr. Lickes received his master's in quantitative finance as well as a master's in mathematics from the ETH Zurich.

Alexandra serves as a lead analyst for financial institutions in EMEA, including asset managers, insurance brokers, insurance companies and funds. She joined Moody's in 2013 after two years of experience in the banking sector. 

Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Manchester Business School, and BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia, Greece.

Ruosha joined Moody’s in January 2011. She is part of the Credit Strategy & Guidance team based in London. Previously, she worked as an economic research analyst at Barrie & Hibbert in Edinburgh, now part of Moody’s Analytics. 

Prior to that, she served as a credit analyst at HSBC in China. Ruosha holds a master’s degree in finance and investment from the University of Edinburgh, where she graduated with distinction, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in China. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a certified Financial Risk Manager.

Vincent Gusdorf is an Associate Managing Director in the DeFi and Digital Assets team (DFDA), leading Moody’s blockchain technology research. Before joining the DFDA team, Vincent worked for the Innovation and Data Science team, managing several machine learning projects and defining the innovation roadmap. 

Vincent worked as a credit analyst for 16 years and covered investment grade and high-yield corporates. He also contributed to developing Moody’s cyber risk expertise in Europe. Before joining Moody’s, Vincent worked at Standard & Poor’s, Exane BNP Paribas, and Ernst and Young. 

Vincent is a CFA charter holder and holds a Master of Finance from Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is a self-trained programmer and developed his blockchain and machine learning expertise by completing multiple online data science and cloud certifications. Vincent is also a Certified ScrumMaster and a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Adrian Schatzmann became CEO of the Asset Management Association Switzerland (AMAS) in January 2021. He is also a board member of the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA) and the International Investment Funds Association IIFA as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Fund Data AG. Adrian Schatzmann has been working in the asset management industry for almost 30 years, including numerous management positions at UBS in Switzerland and Asia, including Head of Global Sales for investment funds and ETFs. He studied economics at the University of St. Gallen.

Adrian Schatzmann has four children and enjoys spending his free time in the mountains, whether on his bike or on ski.

Since fall 2025, Beat Kramer Mölbert has served as Swiss Re’s Group AI Lead, driving the company’s enterprise-wide AI agenda and embedding AI capabilities into core business processes. He works across business units to accelerate adoption, strengthen governance, and ensure AI delivers measurable impact.

Beat joined Swiss Re in 2005 as a tool developer and contributed to the company’s first pandemic model during the bird flu outbreak. From 2008 to 2023, he held various roles across property treaty underwriting, including individual deal underwriting, natural catastrophe accumulation management, and regional responsibility for EMEA. From 2023 to 2025, he led the underwriting transformation in property and casualty reinsurance, simplifying processes and advancing data-driven decision-making.

He holds a PhD in molecular biotechnology from ETH Zurich and is married with two sons, aged 15 and 12.
