Igor Ovcacik is Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Vice President /Relationship Manager for selected Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) countries, located in Prague, the Czech Republic. He is responsible for business development, acquiring new customers and managing relationship in the region.

Igor has extensive banking experience, having worked in Czech and international banks for more than 25 years. His track record covers corporate relationship management, structured finance, syndications, acquisition finance, real estatefinance, public sector finance, renewable energy finance and export finance.

Igor holds an Ing of economics diploma from Prague School of Economics /University, Finance and Credit.

Sebastien is part of the EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in Poland. His current portfolio focuses on oil and chemical companies. Until 2022, Sebastien was based in London covering European telecommunications and media issuers and prior to that was responsible for a portfolio of mainly European high yield issuers operating in industries including payment solutions, business and consumer services, equipment and transportation rental services, and retail. 

Prior to re-joining Moody’s in 2011, Sebastien was an analyst within the credit team at LGT Capital Partners (fund of hedge funds based in Switzerland), where he monitored a portfolio of investments in distressed credit/special situations hedge funds.

Olivier Chemla is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Credit Strategy and Standards Group. Based in Frankfurt, he works with the EMEA Chief Credit Officer on ensuring rating consistency across different asset classes. He was a lead analyst for a portfolio of European sovereigns and multilateral institutions between 2018 and 2025. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2018, Olivier served as Chief economist in the French business association for large companies (Afep) for six years. Olivier started his career in the French public administration, holding various positions in the ministries for Labour, Health and Economics. He was appointed Special Adviser to the Minister for the Budget, Public accounts and the State reform in the summer of 2011.

Eva Zamrazilová was born on 8 May 1961 in Prague. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics in Prague, where she later lectured on statistical theory and economic statistics. She then worked as a researcher at the Forecasting Institute of the University of Economics in Prague, at the Economic Institute of the Czechoslovak Academy of Sciences and at the Research Institute for Labour and Social Affairs. In 1990 she completed her postgraduate studies at the Statistics Department of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Economics. In the 1990s she co-authored numerous papers on the transformation of the Czech economy and went on a number of short-term research stays in other countries. In 1994–2008 she was involved in the preparation of macroeconomic analyses and forecasts in the Team of the Chief Economist at Komerční banka. In 2008 she became a member of the CNB Bank Board. After her mandate expired in 2014, she worked as the Chief Economist of the Czech Banking Association. In 2017 the Chamber of Deputies appointed her as Chairperson of the Czech Fiscal Council at the government’s proposal. In 2022 she joined the advisory team for the preparation of the pension reform established by the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs. She has a long publication record in Czech and international journals, specialising in macroeconomic equilibrium, the convergence process in transition economies, economic policy, the labour market and budget responsibility. She also gives presentations at conferences.

She became a member of the CNB Bank Board on 1 July 2022 and has also served as CNB Deputy Governor since this date.

Steffen Dyck is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group.

Based in Frankfurt, he is the lead analyst for a portfolio of European sovereigns including Italy and, until recently, Germany.

Steffen is also co-heading the Sovereign group’s ESG work.

Up until early 2018, Steffen was the lead analyst for number of sovereigns and multilaterals in the Middle East, including Egypt and most of the Gulf Cooperation Council members.

Before relocating to Frankfurt in June 2015, Steffen was based in Moody’s Singapore office, where he covered sovereigns in the Asia-Pacific region as well as in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2012, Steffen worked for more than six years with Deutsche Bank’s Risk Analysis team in Frankfurt and Singapore, covering macroeconomic and sovereign risk analysis across Asia (ex-Japan), Latin America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. He also helped manage the bank’s sovereign rating processes.

Zdeněk Jurák serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the CSG group. He joined CSG from the international investment group KKCG, where he worked for more than eight years. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, bond issues, and guiding companies through capital markets preparations. During his tenure at KKCG, he played a key role in implementing new ERP and CPM systems. In his position, he was also responsible for communication with auditors. Previously, he worked at Generali PPF Group and in the audit team of the consulting company Mazars. Zdeněk Jurák is a graduate of Mendel University in Brno. During his studies, he completed an internship in the United States at the University of Illinois. He is ACCA/DipIFR certified and holds certification as a qualified accounting expert.

Vitali Morgovski is Vice President – Senior Analyst within Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in Frankfurt. He has lead analyst responsibility for a diverse portfolio of companies from the business and consumer services sector, manufacturing, aerospace and defense as well as auto suppliers.

Vitali joined Moody’s as an Assistant Vice President – Analyst in December 2017. Prior to this, Vitali worked for SEB and Commerzbank as a credit research analyst covering corporates across various industries.

Vitali is a CFA charterholder and holds a master degree in business administration from the Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany.

Pepa Mori is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group. She joined Moody’s in 2008. Since then she has managed a wide portfolio of European issuers, currently having oversight responsibilities for Moody’s banks ratings in Italy and Central Eastern Europe. She is also the lead analyst for Banco Santander.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Ms. Mori worked as a credit analyst in a variety of roles. These include credit research at BBVA, rating European sub-sovereigns and public sector companies at Standard & Poor’s; and financial analysis at BBVA’s asset management division. Ms. Mori holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and MSc in Finance from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF), Madrid (Spain).

Etienne Loulergue joined SG Group early 2005, after having worked several years as auditor in EY. He worked during 10 years in various finance positions for Corporate Investment Banking and for International Banking Business Lines at the Head-Quarter in Paris. In 2015, he was appointed deputy CFO of Komercni Banka in Czech Republic. In 2019, he became CFO of BRD in Romania. In 2024, he moved back to HQ in Paris to become CFO for newly created pilar for Mobility and International Banking Services (MIBS). Late 2025, he was nominated CFO of Komercni Banka. He holds an engineering degree of ISAE-Supaero and master’s degree of HEC.

Katja Reise is a Vice President and lead analyst in the Europe, Middle East and Africa banking team, based in Frankfurt. In this capacity, she provides rating analysis for a range of financial institutions in several Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries. 

Katja enjoys more than 20 years of work experience in the banking industry, with an emphasis on bank credit analysis and European debt capital markets. Prior to joining Moody’s, Katja was a Senior Credit Analyst with leading analytical responsibility for banks in CEE, Turkey and the Middle East at Capital Intelligence Ratings, a rating agency specialized on emerging markets. Her career further spans positions as credit analyst and debt capital market expert for financial institutions, European corporates and public sector authorities at UniCredit Bank AG and Rentenbank, a German development agency.

Katja is a German-certified banker and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Academy of Administration and Economy (Verwaltungs- undWirtschaftsakademie), Munich

Irena is an Analyst in Moody’s Sub-Sovereign Group and is based in the Prague office. She holds lead analytical responsibilities for ratings on a diverse portfolio of regional and local governments in Europe and Asia.  

Before joining the Sub-Sovereign Group in 2021, Irena was a corporate analyst in the banking sector covering portfolio of large corporates. Irena holds a Master’s Degree from the Masaryk University Brno.
