Simon Ainsworth, who is based in London, is an Executive Director responsible for the analytical teams maintaining ratings on Nordic and Baltic banks and on a range of European insurance companies.

Simon previously served as a Group Credit Officer. In that role he carried responsibility for monitoring ratings quality as well as assisting in the development and implementation of rating methodologies and practices applied to rated financial institutions within the EMEA region.

Simon joined Moody’s in March 2014 following sixteen years at the Bank of England.

At the Bank, he worked in a variety of roles primarily in its financial markets and banking operation divisions; as well as working on a variety of financial risk and crisis related issues. This included the resolution of failed banks, as well as responsibility for the risk management framework applied to collateral accepted in the Bank’s sterling market operations. Simon graduated from the University of Durham in 1998, having studied Economics and Politics. He is based in London.

Petter Bryman is a Vice President with Moody’s Sovereign Risk Group, based in Frankfurt. He is the lead analyst for a number of European sovereigns, mainly in the Baltics and Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to joining Moody’s in February 2018, Petter served as a Desk Officer with the Budget Department of the Swedish Ministry of Finance for seven years, where he functioned as the lead analyst for fiscal policy across a number of different policy areas, including the public pensions system, social insurance, migration and integration policy as well as EU budget policy. Petter also previously worked on EU and international affairs at the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications as well as a political advisor at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg. Petter holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and a Master in Public Administration from the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Paula Jouandet-Dahlen is a Vice President based in Stockholm and is the lead analyst for various banks in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Paula joined Moody’s in April 2024 from AXA Investment Managers in Paris where she was Head of Credit Research, leading a team of credit analysts across Europe covering banks, corporate, sub-sovereign and agency issuers. Prior to AXA IM, Paula spent time at Fortis Investments and Barclays Capital. She holds an MBA from HEC Paris and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg.

Patric Carlsson is an Associate Partner with focus on Nordic region at Arcmont Asset Management and is based in Sweden. Prior to joining Arcmont in March 2023, Patric was at Carnegie Investment Bank where he spent the last five years establishing and managing the Debt Advisory business within the Investment Banking unit.

Prior to joining Carnegie, Patric spent 10 years at Danske Bank in various roles within Leveraged Finance and more recently as responsible for High Yield Origination in Sweden. Patric holds a Master of Science in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg.

Leroy Terrelonge is a Senior Vice President in the Moody's Ratings Cyber Credit Risk Group, where he is responsible for creating and executing the group's research and outreach agenda. He works collaboratively with stakeholders across Moody’s to build and assess cyber datasets and publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance. Leroy has more than 20 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. Prior to joining Moody’s, Leroy led a team of analysts at Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cybercriminal communities, and previously worked as  an analyst at the National Security Agency. e has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world. Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business and holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University. He also served as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow in Almaty, Kazakhstan and serves on the board of this organization. He is an avid touch rugby referee.

Oskar Roman is Chief Architect and Head of Enterprise Architecture at SEB. Oskar has been with SEB since 2007 in different roles with primary focus on architecture and driving technology related change in areas such as CRM, Financial Crime Prevention and Data & Analytics. In his current role as Chief Architect for the SEB Group he is, among other things, working with how to adopt the banks current architecture to leverage AI and Agents at scale in both business development and re-engineered business processes. Oskar holds a Masters Degree from the University of Gothenburg.

Charleyne Biondi is a VP in the Digital Finance and Digital Assets team, leading the policy and regulatory research surrounding emerging technologies.

Before joining Moody’s Digital Economy team, Charleyne worked as a political science researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York and at the Center for Political Research at Sciences Po (CEVIPOF), focusing on the philosophy of technology and the societal implications of digital transformation.

Charleyne holds a dual Ph.D. in political theory from Columbia University and Sciences Po. She is a published author and pursues her research interests as a senior fellow and technology expert at the Montaigne Institute in Paris. Prior to her Ph.D., she worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase and graduated from a Master of Finance at Sciences Po Paris and Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  

Niclas Boheman, based in Stockholm, serves as Moody’s lead analyst for large banks in the Nordics and also has responsibilities for UK Specialist Banks. His work includes a core focus on cyber risks affecting European banks, complemented by broader analysis of innovation and digitalisation trends within financial services.

Mr Boheman joined Moody’s in 2016, having previously held a number of roles at Svenska Handelsbanken, including as a bank analyst. 

He holds a Degree of Master of Science (One Year) in International Economics from the School of Economics and Management at Lund University.
