closeMonica Merli is the Chief Operating Officer of Moody’s Ratings, overseeing operational effectiveness and resilience for all jurisdictions where the rating agency operates. Monica is responsible for regional management, resilience strategy and business continuity planning, third-party risk management, regulatory change implementation and other programmes spanning all Moody’s Ratings lines of business and corporate entities. Monica reports to the President of Moody’s Ratings and is a member of the rating agency’s executive committee. She is also a member of Moody’s Corporation’s Operating Committee and of its global Inclusion Council.
Prior to her current role, Monica was Managing Director – Global Head of Regional Management for Moody’s Ratings, a function for which she retains leadership and which is responsible for the development and coordination of regional strategies and geographic initiatives, including adjustments to regulatory changes and expansion of footprint and activities. Monica is executive board member for several Moody’s Ratings’ regulated entities. She is also responsible for the management and expansion of a portfolio of investments in domestic credit rating agencies in emerging markets.
Prior to her move to Regional Management in 2016 as Managing Director – Regional Head EMEA, Monica was Managing Director for Moody’s Ratings’ EMEA Infrastructure Finance, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of a 50-person analytical team covering the ratings of electric, gas and water utilities, transportation infrastructure companies, other infrastructure entities and project financings in the region.
Monica holds an Economics and Business degree from the University of Florence, Italy, and is an alumna of the London Business School, UK, where she completed the Corporate Finance Programme.
Wendy Cheong is Managing Director and Regional Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) for Moody’s Ratings, as well as CEO of Moody’s Ratings, Singapore. In this role, she leads on the development and execution of regional strategies and geographic initiatives across APAC, including ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory changes and expanding the company’s presence and business activities.
Wendy also serves as Executive Board Member for all Moody’s Ratings entities in APAC as well as Non-Executive Director for its domestic rating agency affiliates in China, India, Korea, Malaysia and Vietnam. Wendy also represents the region as a member of Moody’s Corporation’s Global Operating Committee.
Throughout her 16-year tenure at Moody’s, Wendy has held various global and regional roles in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore, including as Chief of Staff to Moody’s global President/ CEO and Head of Strategy for APAC.
Prior to joining Moody’s, she held senior positions in strategy, sales and marketing at Prudential PLC and SingTel.
Wendy is committed to philanthropy and gender equality. She had served on the Board of the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network from 2020 to 2023 and was global executive sponsor of Moody’s Women’s Business Resource Group, championing initiatives that empower women in the workplace.
Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Southeast Asian Studies from the National University of Singapore.
Sandra Veseli is a Managing Director and Head of the EU for Moody’s Ratings, currently based in Frankfurt. She is also the Country Manager for Germany. Sandra is responsible for coordinating the strategic, operational and business engagement with internal and external stakeholders across the region.
Before joining the regional management team, Sandra was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Group in London, leading the UK corporate and the global leveraged finance franchise.
Sandra joined Moody’s in 2013, bringing 20 years of banking experience. Prior to Moody’s, Sandra worked at Credit Suisse, where she was the Head of Rating Advisory for EMEA since 2010, after holding senior positions in the rating advisory teams at Morgan Stanley and Citi.
Sandra began her career at Dresdner Bank in Germany.
Sandra holds a Diploma from the Frankfurt Business School of Finance & Management.
Scott Phillips is the Managing Director –Regional Co-Head (EMEA) and Head of the UK at Moody’s Ratings (MR). He is also the Country Manager for the UK, based in London.
Scott leads and coordinates MR in EMEA, ensuring the successful execution of global and regional strategies with strong governance, a robust risk culture, and effective oversight.
Until March 2025, Scott was an Associate Managing Director in Credit Strategy & Standards, serving as the Global Head of Emerging Markets and responsible for digitalization initiatives.
Scott began his career at Moody’s in 2011, as a senior analyst in both the Project & Infrastructure (PIF) team and then the Corporate Finance Group (CFG). He joined the Regional Management team in 2017, where he was chief architect of the strategy for global domestic markets and the development of strategic business intelligence capabilities. He also oversaw the acquisition of GCR Ratings and served on the boards of Midroog and MERIS.
Before joining Moody’s, Scott was an equity analyst at Dresdner Kleinwort and UniCredit. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford.
Marina Rosemberg is an MD-Relationship Management & Regional Head LATAM – Country Manager - Argentina. She is responsible for the Commercial Team in Latin America. She is accountable for pursuing new relationships in the region and enhancing the relationship with existing ones. Additionally, Marina is responsible for MIS business in the regional and acts as Argentina Country Manager. Prior to this role, Marina was responsible for managing key clients and developing new relationships in South Latin America.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2011, Marina worked as a consultant in a local consulting firm in Argentina and the Ministry of Economics. Marina received her degree in Economics from UBA University and holds a Masters in Finance from San Andres University.
Martin is part of the Regional Management leadership team and is responsible for Moody’s Ratings’ global strategy in domestic markets.
Martin works together with the Regional Management Heads for APAC, EMEA and Latin America, to design and implement initiatives for Moody’s domestic credit rating agencies (“CRA affiliates”), which operate in developing local currency capital markets in emerging economies worldwide.
He also coordinates the engagement with Moody’s Analytics to distribute ratings, data, and other content produced by the CRA affiliates, and oversees other portfolio-wide projects.
Martin is a director on the Boards of EMEA affiliates GCR and MERIS.
As part of his previous role as Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy & Business Management for EMEA, Martin was responsible for the domestic markets strategy for the region; managing and growing Moody's investment portfolio in CRA affiliates in Africa and the Middle East (including leading the full acquisition of GCR Ratings in 2024).
Additionally, he led the development and execution of regional strategic priorities for Moody's Ratings' core business in EMEA.
Before joining Moody's, Martin worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in it's investment banking and capital markets group in London.
Prior to that, he advised corporate finance and debt capital markets clients at the Nomura and Morgan Stanley in London and Buenos Aires.
Martin holds an MBA from London Business School.
Liam is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Ratings and serves as the Global 1st Line Risk Manager for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Group. In this role, he oversees country, geopolitical, regulatory, and operational risk frameworks, supporting governance, risk appetite alignment, and strategic decision making across Moody’s Ratings global operations. Liam brings deep expertise in regulatory, political, and country risk, underpinned by extensive experience in policy development, legal analysis, and engagement with regulators and public authorities. Prior to his current role, he held senior positions within Moody’s Government, Public and Regulatory Affairs function, where he led regulatory strategy, and engaged with policy makers and other authorities on matters impacting Moody’s operations. Before joining Moody’s in London in 2013, Liam was a Legal and Capital Markets Advisor at the Central Bank of Bahrain and a member of its Regulatory Policy Committee from 2007 to 2013. Liam qualified as an Attorney in 2000 and started his career at Norton Rose Fulbright in South Africa. He holds a B.A. (Hons), LL.B, and an LL.M. in International Economic Law.
Anatolii is an Associate Vice President (AVP) in the EMEA Regional Management Department at Moody’s Ratings. He is involved with implementing the regional strategy and ensuring effective coordination of initiatives across different lines of business and geographies. Anatolii has been project managing corporate restructuring activities within the EMEA region. He is also contributing to the development and implementation of the MIS Affiliate strategy.
Before becoming AVP, Anatolii has been part of the Ratings & Research Support organization conducting credit analysis for the rating assignments in the Financial Institution and Corporate Finance groups.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2017, Anatolii worked at a consultancy firm BearingPoint in Frankfurt and the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
Anatolii holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Alex Ermolaev is an AVP - Strategy and Business Analysis within Moody’s EMEA Regional Management team, based in Frankfurt.
He began his career at Moody’s in 2014 as a rating analyst in the Corporate Finance Group, focusing on capital goods companies. In 2019, he transitioned to the Regional Management team, where he now supports strategic initiatives in the region and manages data on Moody’s competitive positioning across regions and asset classes.
Alice is the Associate Managing Director of Strategy and Business Management – Asia Pacific for Moody’s Investors Service (MIS), based in Hong Kong. Alice is also the Head of Office for MIS HK. In her role, Alice works closely with MIS senior management to formulate strategic initiatives and facilitate the execution of MIS’ global strategy across Asia Pacific. She is also responsible for management and overseeing business and affairs of MIS HK with support from various Business Team Heads and the control functions. Prior to joining Moody’s, Alice worked at JPMorgan (JPM) in the US and China across multiple disciplines in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy and Finance. In her Strategy & Business Development role at JPM China, she led several strategic expansion initiatives involving joint ventures and its locally incorporated bank. Alice received her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and her undergraduate degree from National Taiwan University.
Amita Shrivastava is a Vice President in the Asia Pacific Regional Management team. In this role Amita works on various Asia Pacific strategic and regional management projects, especially the ones related to MIS businesses in South and Southeast Asia. Amita has nearly 10 years of experience in Structured Finance. Prior to joining the Regional Management team Amita was a Vice President –Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Investors Service Asset Finance Group where she managed the surveillance of various US RMBS asset classes. Amita was previously a lead analyst in the RMBS primary ratings team where she analyzed a wide range of RMBS asset classes. She had been actively involved in developing the methodology for rating and monitoring various RMBS asset classes. Amita joined Moody’s in 2004 from Barclays Capital in New York.She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree and an MBA from Gujarat University, India and a Masters in Finance from William E. Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, New York.
Liya is Vice President of Strategy and Business Management – Asia Pacific for Moody’s Investors Service (MIS), based in Hong Kong. In her role, Liya works closely with MIS senior management to formulate strategic initiatives and facilitate the execution of MIS’ global strategy across Asia Pacific. In addition to leveraging emergent and existing opportunities for MIS, Liya works closely with the MIS Lines of Business, Moody’s Analytics, Shared Services, and Moody’s affiliates in Asia Pacific to present a unified approach for achieving shared objectives. Prior to joining Moody’s, Liya was a Director of Strategy & Business Development with Manulife Asset Management where she supported the Leadership Team on driving growth opportunities across Asia. Before Manulife, Liya held various positions at GO Scale Capital, SCM Strategic Capital Management, Oak Investment Partners, and Oliver Wyman Group in locations including Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, and New York. Liya has an MBA from the Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jin Tong is a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with over 15 years of experience across wealth management, corporate banking, and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Regional Management at Moody’s Ratings, he is responsible for overseeing and advancing strategic priorities for affiliates and regional management operations across APAC, ensuring cohesive execution and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Moody’s, he held senior roles at Standard Chartered, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, and Citi Private Bank, where he led strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and business transformations.
He holds degrees from Imperial College London and the University of Michigan.
Zhen joined Moody’s Ratings in November 2021, initially based in Hong Kong, where she was a key member of the Ratings, Operations & Controls team and led the APAC Licensing function alongside other regional regulatory initiatives.
Prior to Moody’s, Zhen held a leadership role at CFA Institute, where she built and led a global operations team as Director of Global Test Center Planning. In this role, she oversaw end-to-end exam venue strategy and logistics for the CFA Program worldwide, ensuring consistent delivery at scale across multiple regions. After relocating to Hong Kong in 2016, she also served on the regional management team, strengthening her expertise in operational governance and strategic planning.
In late 2025, Zhen relocated to Moody’s London office and transitioned to EMEA regional management in February 2026. In her current role, she supports the delivery of regulatory and strategic projects across the region. She holds an MBA
Gunjan Dixit is Senior Vice President –Head of Strategy & Business Management for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region at Moody’s Ratings, based in London.
In this role, Gunjan works in close partnership with the EMEA leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational effectiveness, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Her focus is on aligning regional priorities with Moody’s Ratings’ global objectives and supporting the continued evolution of the business across EMEA.
Before stepping into her current role in June 2025, Gunjan spent nearly two decades in Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance Group (CFG), where she developed deep expertise in both high-yield and investment-grade credit. As a seasoned lead analyst, she covered a wide range of industry sectors, authored influential research, contributed to the development of rating methodologies, and played a pivotal role in advancing several strategic initiatives such as ESG integration and process innovation. She also served as an established Ratings Committee Chair, known for her analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and ability to navigate complex challenges.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Gunjan was Manager of Corporate Credit Operations at the Export-Import Bank of India in Mumbai. She holds an MSc in International Finance and Investments from London, where she received the Outstanding Student Award. She is also a Gold Medalist in her MBA and a Chancellor’s Medal recipient in her B.Com, both completed in India.
Angelique Crocker is a Vice President within the EMEA Regional Management Team at Moody’s Ratings, based in London.
In her role, Angelique serves as the primary liaison between Moody’s Ratings and its affiliates in Africa. She leads cross-functional initiatives spanning strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement, helping to align regional priorities—particularly across Africa—and supporting execution in other regions in line with Moody’s Ratings’ global objectives and the ongoing evolution of the EMEA business.
Angelique has over 13 years of experience in credit ratings across developed and emerging markets. Prior to joining the Regional Management team, she held a range of analytical and managerial roles at Moody’s Ratings in Johannesburg and London, covering multiple sectors within the Corporate Finance Group.
Angelique holds a Master of Commerce in Economics from the University of Cape Town, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Management and an Honours degree in Economics from Rhodes University, South Africa.
Bhavya is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Analysis at Moody’s Ratings, based in London. She brings over 14 years of experience in data science and its strategic applications across the financial services sector.
In her current role, Bhavya leads data-driven strategic initiatives that support regional management oversight and identify opportunities for competitive advantage through strategic shifts. Her work is instrumental in aligning data insights with business goals and decision-making.
Before joining Moody’s in 2021, Bhavya worked at M&G Asset Management, where she partnered with wealth and asset managers to develop actionable insights for enhancing customer experience and fostering a data-driven culture.
Bhavya is also a passionate advocate for diversity in tech. She actively encourages young girls and women to pursue careers in data science and was recognized as one of the Top 20 Women in Data by Women in Data UK in 2020.
Bhavya holds a degree in Computer Science and an advanced degree in Operational Research.
Saul is responsible for the full accounting, tax and treasury functions of the GCR group. He has more than fifteen years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previously, he held the position of CFO of Virgin Money SA until he was appointed as CFO of the GCR Group in August 2020. He has a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He is a Board member of GCR’s subsidiaries in Nigeria and South Africa.
As of 1 April 2026, Saul assumed the role of Interim Group Chief Executive Officer, where he continues to drive organisational performance while maintaining oversight of the Group’s financial strategy and governance
Craig is responsible for the ICT strategy, governance and overall risk framework across the GCR group. He has more than fifteen years of experience in the credit rating industry, all served at GCR. Craig has worked in multiple divisions at GCR, starting as an Analyst across various rating sectors, with a strong focus on data compilation and analytics. He then served as an Analytical Systems Development Officer, where he was responsible for creating and investing in processes to improve efficiency in line with the company's strategic objectives. Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree in Investment Management from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa. In addition, he is the management representative for the Independent Board Risk & Review Committee of GCR Ratings Co (Pty) ltd.
Nicole Gibb is a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She currently serves as the Group Head of Ratings and Research at GCR Ratings, the leading provider of credit ratings in Africa and an affiliate of Moody’s. Based in GCR Rating's Johannesburg office, Nicole oversees the agency’s analytical output and research strategy, driving methodological excellence, market-relevant insights, and high-quality credit opinions that support financial resilience and sustainable growth across the continent. Nicole’s leadership at GCR Ratings is central to the vital role that GCR Ratings plays in Africa’s financial ecosystem where the team combines deep local insights with international best practices to shape the capital markets across the continent.
Prior to GCR Ratings, Nicole held senior positions at Absa Group, Fitch Ratings, and Rand Merchant Bank, while also having worked at Commerzbank. Most recently, she served as Head of Credit for Non-Bank Financial Institutions at Absa Group, and has been responsible for Banks, Financial Institutions, and Global Corporate portfolios in her previous roles. Her expertise spans credit risk assessment, financial analysis, research, and strategic thought leadership. Nicole has worked across various African markets, building a deep and nuanced understanding of each region’s credit dynamics.
Widely respected for her strategic acumen and people-centric leadership, Nicole is known for building high-performing teams and fostering a values-driven and results-focused culture. A regular contributor to industry thought leadership, Nicole is recognised for her integrity, strategic vision, and analytical rigour in every role she undertakes.
Frederick joined GCR Ratings (“GCR”) as the Group Head of Credit Policy earlier in 2025. He is responsible for ensuring the quality, integrity and consistency of the GCR rating process and the alignment of GCR’s rating criteria to best practice. In support of this objective, Frederick’s primary focus areas include the independent validation of ratings, criteria, methodologies and models.
Prior to joining GCR, Frederick gained experience and knowledge in respect of credit analysis, risk management and banking regulations over a period of 25 years in countries such as South Africa, Mauritius, Nigeria, Kenya and Australia. He held senior management roles at large banks in South Africa, Fitch Ratings and KPMG where he was responsible for credit portfolio management, regulatory models and the credit assessment of financial institutions.
As Managing Director and Group Chief Executive Officer, Ramnath Krishnan drives ICRA’s business strategy, augment organisational capabilities, strengthen the independence and objectivity of organisation’s culture of analytical excellence, and continue to uphold the company’s high standards of corporate governance. Prior to this, Krishnan was the President - Ratings at ICRA.
Krishnan is a seasoned business leader, with an experience of over 38 years in the field of banking and finance in India and abroad. During the course of his long journey, he has ably led and managed large teams and contributed to building businesses across geographies. Before joining ICRA in June 2020, Krishnan worked with HSBC for 23 years in senior positions in wholesale banking, private banking, investment banking, and risk management. He also served as Chief Risk Officer at RBL. Krishnan believes in participative leadership, a vision of the workplace where employees are partners in the company and contribute to the transformation of the organisation.
Krishnan is an Economics Graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. He is also an alumnus of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Cost & Works Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. An avid sports lover, Krishnan loves to play golf and also follows most sports. He also likes music, reading, and travelling.
Ravichandran has an aggregate work experience of around 28 years, out of which he has been with ICRA Limited, for a period of around 25 years. He currently heads the entire analytical team in ICRA, comprising Corporate, Financial and Structured Finance sectors. He also oversees the functioning of the Rating Committees in ICRA. His other responsibilities include regulatory interactions and credit policy reviews. He is a regular speaker in industry conferences and has also been interviewed by leading business news channels. He has also authored various research pieces on Indian credits.
He holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and a MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management (BIM), Trichy. He also holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charter awarded by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), USA.
Anand Iyer is currently the Group Chief Technology Officer at ICRA Ltd., the country’s leading rating agency and provider of investment information. At ICRA, he is responsible for driving Group-level digital strategy for ICRA Limited and it’s subsidiaries, continuing to strengthen ICRA’s technology capabilities and thought-leadership, and contributing to the growth of the group.
Over his long and distinguished career, Anand has accumulated a wealth of experience of leading and transforming digital businesses, firmly putting those businesses on the path of technology and growth. Anand brings over 24 years of experience in the financial services sector across banking, data, capital markets and real-time systems, gathered from working in India, Europe and the North Americas. Over the years, he has built his career as a technologist with deep exposure to the capital markets, anti-money laundering, cross-border payments, risk management, surveillance and clearing & settlement systems.
He completed his MBA from the Institute of Technology and Management (ITM), after completing a double graduation in Mathematics and Statistics from SIES College, Mumbai University. He is also an IIM-A alumnus, having done multiple senior management programs, a certified Cyber Data Strategist from the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), a certified Derivatives Trader, and a certified Scrum Master.
Prior to this, Anand was the Sr. Director–Operations and Information Technology at Dun & Bradstreet India, handling technology, operations, product and data strategy. Before D&B, he was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) with National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX), where he was responsible for setting up and operationalizing the country’s first commodities repository, the National e-Repository Ltd. (NeRL), in addition to several other transformation projects.
Mr. Abhishek Dafria joined ICRA in 2008. He is currently Head of Strategy and Business Transformation for ICRA Group. Prior to this role, he was Group Head of ICRA’s Structured Finance team for more than 5 years. He has overall 17 years of experience in credit ratings and research across corporate and structured finance functions with the responsibility of achieving high rating accuracy and providing insights that would support investors in making informed decisions.
He has been part of ICRA’s Rating Committee responsible for providing reliable and unbiased credit ratings in corporate, finance and structured finance domains. He has represented ICRA at multiple industry conferences and events as a guest speaker. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Mr. Shailendra Mruthyunjayappa is a seasoned industry leader with over 25 years of experience in banking technology, data analytics, and enterprise product businesses. He serves as CEO of ICRA Research & Analytics, including ICRA Analytics Limited (IAL), Fintellix India Private Limited, and D2K Technologies India Private Limited. An engineering graduate from Kuvempu University, he has completed executive management programs at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta and MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a certified PMP, a Fellow of the Institute of Directors India, and a mentor with the NASSCOM DeepTech Club. Prior to his role at IAL, Mr. Mruthyunjayappa scaled Fintellix into a globally recognized RegTech organization, supporting financial institutions in navigating complex regulatory and risk landscapes through advanced analytics and intelligent automation. He has also led Fintellix through its journey from a venture-funded startup to global corporate ownership to private equity transition. Prior to joining Fintellix in 2010, he held leadership roles within the Temenos ecosystem across Europe, Asia, and Africa, building deep expertise in global financial systems and regulatory frameworks.
Patrick Yoon brings over 25 years of experience in banking, payments and digital assets across US, UK, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining KIS, Patrick was the Country Manager of Crypto.com Korea, the world's fastest growing digital asset platform. As the first global crypto player to obtain a license to operate crypto trading and payments in Korea; he led the way in building Web3 ecosystem to drive new economic growth and job creation in the country. Prior to this he was a Group Country Manager of Visa Korea and Mongolia where he was responsible for digital transformation become a “Network of Networks” business. Secured exclusive alliances with leading banks, card companies, fintechs and online retailers to re-establish the market leadership at 60% share in 3 years. Also spearheaded new launch of B2B Solutions and Consulting Advisory to ramp up new revenue engine; enhanced portfolio margin to 65% from 40%. Prior to these roles Patrick spent thirteen years with Standard Chartered where he was Country Head of Wealth and Retail Banking in Korea, Chief of Staff to Group Chief Executive in the UK, Managing Director of Strategy and Corporate Development in Singapore. His experiences included development and execution of transformation strategy for global consumer banking across 33 markets; driving Group Chief Executive's client, regulatory, media and political relationships across Asia, Middle East, and Africa and most notably, completed a successful turnaround in Korea. Patrick graduated from Columbia Business School and London Business School with dual MBA degrees and MA in International Relations from University of Southern California.
Jane Kwak is the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Group Head of Corporate Management Service Group at Korea Investors Service (KIS). Kon Yoo is the Chief Credit Officer and Senior Group Head of Credit Policy Group at Korea Investors Service (KIS). In this role, he has overall responsibility for rating policies and rating procedures, development and management of rating methodologies, reporting of rating performance, rating disclosure as well as government & public affairs (GPA).
He joined the company in 2000 as an analyst in Financial Institution Group. He moved to Corporate Finance Group in 2009 and worked as a senior analyst and team manager until 2017. He was promoted to the head of Corporate Finance Group in May 2017 and an executive position of VP-Senior Group Head of Credit Policy Group in July 2021.

Kie Yoon is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Representative Director of KIS Pricing, Inc. Since joining the company in March 2019, he has been working on improving the company’s system and organizational culture, as well as the company’s financial growth.
As a Certified Public Accountant (KICPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), he is well versed in credit ratings for Korean structured finance, corporates and financial institutions.
He had worked for Korea Investors Service (KIS) for more than 20 years since 1998, and served as Head of Commercial & Communications Group, Corporate & Financial Institutions Group and Structured Finance Group.
Prior to joining KIS, he worked as a KICPA at Samil Accounting Corporation. Kie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
Youngjin Chang is the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of strategic & planning group at KIS Pricing. He also worked as a fund manager at T-Stone Partners (PEF) and as a consultant at Accenture. Miglena is a seasoned finance and credit risk professional with more than 20 years of emerging market experience spanning credit ratings, corporate banking, and investment banking. Since 2007, she has been with the Middle East Rating and Investors Service (MERIS) in Cairo, Moody’s affiliate in Egypt, where she has played a leading role in assigning national scale ratings to domestic bond issuers, corporations, and financial institutions. At MERIS, she has been the lead analyst on asset-backed transactions, overseeing securitization bond new issuance ratings, as well as ongoing monthly performance monitoring and surveillance. Her background also includes senior credit and relationship management roles at BNP Paribas in Egypt and Bulgaria, giving her a strong foundation in deal structuring, financial analysis, and client relationship management. A CFA charter holder, Miglena brings a strong combination of analytical rigor, capital markets expertise, and cross-border financial experience.

Avigail Konikov-Livne is Chief Credit Officer of Midroog Ltd. - an affiliate of Moody’s based in Israel.
The scope of her work covers: methodology reviews, rating performance, market data and ratings, and other research functions.
She chairs the Credit Policy Committee, which is authorized to approve new credit rating methodologies and changes to existing methodologies.
In previous roles in Midroog she served as a senior team leader in Structured Finance and Financial Instruments at Midroog and was involved in rating of various instruments on Structured Finance, Project finance and Municipals.
Avigail holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Bar Ilan University in the field of “Financial Markets and Corporate Default” and also M.A. and B.A. in economics from Tel-Aviv University.
Yael Siekierski is the General Counsel and Company Secretary at Midroog Ltd., an affiliate of Moody’s based in Israel.
In her role, she manages and handles all the legal matters pertaining to Midroog and its activities as well as to all corporate issues relating to Midroog’s activities.
In addition, she is leading Midroog’s activity in finding and adopting AI solutions to enhance and improve Midroog’s activities.
Yael has 10+ years of experience as an accredited Israeli lawyer in corporate law, securities law, contracts and transactions.
In earlier roles Yael acted as an advocate in Shibolet&Co. and Ne’eman, Ben-Artzi & Co. law offices and later as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Granite Hacarmel Investments Ltd. (then, a public holding company).
Yael joined Midroog in 2021 as Midroog’s Compliance Officer and was appointed to her current position in 2023.

Martin Fernandez Romero is an experienced financial professional with expertise in capital markets in Latin America. He has spent over two decades working in the industry, leading teams, and managing businesses in the region. He currently serves as the Managing Director of the Moody's Local Group, a platform of domestic credit rating agencies operating in local capital markets of Latin America.
In his current role, Martin leads the Moody's Local Group as Chairman of the Boards of the Moody’s Local agencies, a position he has held since 2023. He has worked in establishing the company's reputation as a leading provider of credit rating services in the region. Prior to this role, he spent five years as the Managing Director and Regional Head for Latin America at Moody's Investors Service, where he led the business across the region. He also served as the Country Manager for Argentina and as a Team Leader and Manager for the Latin America Structured Finance Group at Moody's.
Martin also worked as a Vice President / Senior Analyst for the company, where he was responsible for leading the analysis of structured finance transactions in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, and other countries in the region. He also worked as an Analyst at Magister BankWatch, a local rating agency affiliated with Thomson Reuters, based in Buenos Aires, where he focused on credit analysis for various companies and structured finance securities.

Delfina Baltar is SVP - Head of Strategy, Operations & Technology for Latin America at Moody’s Local, where she oversees a diverse team of professionals across the region. In her current role, Delfina leads strategic projects and technological transformation initiatives within the company.
Prior to this role, Delfina spent 6 years focusing on leading strategic projects for Moody’s, like building Moody’s Local business model and its deployment in the region, together with other M&A transactions.
Her career also includes experience in private equity with Grupo Pegasus and corporate finance roles at JP Morgan Chase.
Academically, Delfina holds an Executive MBA from UTDT, a Master's in Corporate Finance from UCEMA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UCA.
Luciano Ambrosini is VP - Operations Lead for Moody's Local. In his role, he develops and oversees regional operations across Latin America in a highly dynamic environment. Luciano is also a member of Regional Management - Latin America within Moody's Investors Service (MIS).
Prior to joining Moody's in February 2021, he worked in MetLife's Operations PMO leading data & Bl initiatives, project management activities and later operational research. Luciano holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology (ITBA).
Valeria Azconegui is the Head of Credit Standards for Moody’s Local. In that capacity she is responsible for the quality and consistency of Moody’s Local ratings process across countries and sectors, regional thematic research, as well as the development and maintenance of methodologies, models, tools, and analytical approaches that promote strong ratings performance.
Prior to this role, Valeria led the development of over sixty fundamental rating methodologies for Moody’s Local at MIS Methodology Development Group, partnering with the Methodology Review Group and the Rating Model Group, and coordinating efforts across many different groups in MIS and ML. Prior to joining CSS in early 2020, Valeria was Vice President - Senior Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group in Buenos Aires, where she was actively engaged in investor outreach activities.
Before joining Moody’s in 2006, Valeria worked seven years at the Central Bank of Argentina as financial institutions supervision analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

Matias Russo is an Associate Director of Technology Solutions at Moody’s Local, based in Buenos Aires. In his role, he leads technology initiatives that support the digital transformation of the Moody’s Local , with a strong focus on platform modernization, information security, and IT governance.
Matias is responsible for the evolution of the ML360 technology ecosystem, overseeing web platforms, digital products, and regional technology operations. He works closely with business, and operations teams to align technology strategy with business outcomes, regulatory requirements, and scalability needs across multiple countries.
Prior to his current role, Matias has held several technology leadership positions, where he has driven complex digital transformation programs, and the implementation of governance agile models.

With over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale technology implementations, Mariela leads complex transformation initiatives that connect business strategy with modern, cloud-based architectures. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, establishing scalable technology frameworks, and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and long-term growth.
