Kosuke Nagata has been providing investment advisory services, including gatekeeping functions, for CLOs and other investments by MUFG Bank and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, as well as managing private CLO funds, since October 2024. Previously, at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation, he was engaged in credit investment operations focused on CLOs, in addition to interest rate derivatives and foreign exchange.

Kaoru Kondo is a Chief Structured Finance Analyst covering a broad range of securitized products, including U.S. and European CLOs, US ABS, Australian RMBS/ABS, and European RMBS/ABS. She provides comprehensive research and market insights tailored to Japanese investors.
Before joining Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley, she worked at Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns, Credit Suisse, and Nomura, where she focused on securitized products and quantitative analysis. She also served as Head of Market Outreach at a credit rating agency, where she led engagement with market participants and investor-focused initiatives.

Navneet Agarwal heads the global structured finance ratings business for Moody’s Ratings. Navneet has held leadership roles across asset classes and functions, including new ratings, surveillance, methodology, and technology development. He has also served on the Board of Directors of ICRA Ltd. a publicly traded company in India.  Navneet has over two decades of capital markets experience spanning structured and corporate finance, product innovation, and strategic leadership. Prior to Moody’s, he led debt syndication and proprietary trading at a boutique investment bank in India, and held roles in leveraged finance at Bank of America Securities in Charlotte and in absolute return investing as a fund manager at Unit Trust of India.

Navneet holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a master’s degree from the University of Mumbai, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delhi. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Jay Hu leads the structured finance teams responsible for new ratings, surveillance and research on CLOs, Corporate and Novel ABS, structured credit, and ABCP in the Americas. Additionally, he is a key member of the Private Credit Group, overseeing all structured deals related to private assets. Jay is a member of Moody’s Decentralized Finance and Digital Assets leadership team and also chairs Moody’s global structured finance surveillance council. At Moody’s for over two decades, Jay has held a series of leadership roles of increasing scope and responsibility.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Jay was a senior economist at FannieMae, where he researched mortgage portfolio risk. He also authored academic research on the relationship between job markets and capital markets which appeared in the Journal of Finance.

Jay holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University’s School of Economics and Management.

Annalisa Di Chiara is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Hong Kong, Annalisa covers a portfolio of telecommunications, media and beverage companies throughout South and South East Asia. Annalisa is also a lead coordinator for Moody’s high-yield research and outreach initiatives for the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Annalisa worked for UBS in credit related roles across debt capital markets and leveraged finance. She spent a significant portion of her career as a senior ratings advisor covering corporates across a variety of industries throughout the US, Asia and Europe. Annalisa has also worked for Credit Suisse and the Bank of New York as a Ratings Advisor and a Corporate Finance Banker. She has worked in Hong Kong for over 13 years.

Annalisa holds a double major from Brown University in Business Economics and English & American Literature.

Jingjing (Nicky) Dang is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Credit Strategy and Guidance Group. Based in Shanghai, Nicky is responsible for covering a portfolio of China’s regional and local governments and market outreach on enhancing the transparency of relevant methodologies. She also focuses on China credit-related research and market outreach, and drives and coordinates research and credit-related initiatives covering major regional credit events. 

Nicky joined Moody’s New York office in February 2007 as an Associate Analyst. She was the lead analyst on various Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS) transactions in the Structured Finance Group. Prior to joining Moody’s Shanghai in February 2023, Nicky was an Associate Managing Director and the head of the Consumer ABS New Ratings Americas team, which covers credit card, auto, student loan, personal loan, timeshares and other consumer related ABS sectors. 

Nicky holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from New York University and a BA in Economics from Beijing Technology and Business University. She is also a CFA charterholder.

Masako Oshima is a Senior Vice President in the Structured Finance Group focusing on surveillance of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities in the U.S. market at Moody’s Ratings. Prior to her current role starting in August 2021, Masako was responsible for surveillance of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities and Consumer ABS in EMEA region for 7 years. Masako first joined Moody’s in 2007 as VP-Senior Credit Officer in the Structured Finance Group, where she performed rating and monitoring of ABCP programs in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Moody’s, Masako worked in the London, New York, Chicago, Tokyo Offices of JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor organizations in a series of risk management functions covering a broad range of capital market products including securitization transactions funded in ABCP conduits. Before re-joining Moody’s in 2014, Masako was head of Structured Finance Stress Testing at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, responsible for the stress testing of the global structured finance portfolio. Masako is a CFA charter holder and holds MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ and BA from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.

Daisuke Kitazawa is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer for US Structure Finance that includes CLOs and other structured credit products at Moody’s Ratings. He is also involved in various research rerated to CLOs and investor outreach activities related to Japan. Before he moved to the New York office in 2013, Daisuke has been working for Moody’s Japan K.K. and has held a variety of roles and responsibilities. As an Analyst, he had a special emphasis on collateral debt obligations (CDO) and asset-backed securities (ABS).

Yusuke Seki is an Associate Managing Director inthe Japan structured finance group, based in the Tokyo office.

He has been working for Moody’s since 2000 and has held a variety of roles and responsibilities. As an Analyst, he had a special emphasis on asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateral debt obligations(CDO).

Before working at Moody’s, he worked in the assetmanagement department of a major insurance company.

He is a Chartered Member of The Security Analysts Association of Japan as well as a Fellow of The Institute of Actuaries of Japan.
