closeNing Loh is Managing Director, Global Head of Credit Strategy at Moody’s Ratings, based in Hong Kong. In this role, he is responsible for defining, articulating and promoting Moody’s global house views on credit drivers, macroeconomic forecasts, financial markets and emerging markets dynamics. Concurrently, he is also Chief Credit Officer for APAC and works with rating groups throughout the region to develop Moody’s perspectives and research regarding macroeconomic, policy, and thematic trends that affect credit risk.
Since joining Moody’s in London in 2005, Ning has held roles across various markets and rating groups in Europe, Asia, and the US. In 2015, he moved to Hong Kong to lead the structured finance new ratings franchise for South and Southeast Asia. In 2018, Ning led the U.S. Corporate Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) team. He later returned to Hong Kong to head the North Asia (excluding Japan) team in the Project & Infrastructure Finance Group before taking on his current position.
Before joining Moody’s, Ning practiced law in London, specialising in structured finance and debt capital markets. Ning holds a Master's in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
Mr Tan Teck Long was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of OCBC on 1 January 2026. Mr Tan is also Board Commissioner of OCBC Indonesia, and Director of OCBC Malaysia, OCBC Hong Kong, Bank of Singapore and Great Eastern Holdings Limited. Mr Tan is currently Chairman of the Association of Banks in Singapore, Chairman of ASEAN Bankers Association and Vice Chairman of The Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBF).
He joined OCBC in 2022 as the Head of Global Wholesale Banking, with global responsibility for all banking relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises, large corporates and financial institutions, as well as the global transaction banking and investment banking businesses.
Mr Tan has more than 30 years of banking experience overseeing Corporate Banking, Investment Banking and Risk Management. He joined OCBC from DBS Bank, where his last appointment was Group Chief Risk Officer. Prior to that, he held several senior roles, including Group Head of Corporate Banking.
Mr Tan is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder and a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Accountancy with First Class Honours from the National University of Singapore.
Alka Anbarasu is an Executive Director - Ratings in the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, Alka is responsible for Moody's analytical teams covering ratings and research on banks, insurance companies, and non-bank financial institutions in Japan, ASEAN and Indian Sub-continent. Alka also coordinates the Global Financial Institution Group's efforts on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) scoring and research. Alka is a regular speaker at Moody's market briefings, external conferences podcasts and broadcast media. She is very active in promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives and is a passionate impact leader for Moody's Community Impact initiatives in Asia.
Alka joined Moody's in 2013 and over the years has led the ratings of several high profile Asian financial institutions. Prior to joining Moody's, she worked in the investment banking division of J.P. Morgan in London and Mumbai and ING Vysya Bank in India. She has close to 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Alka holds an MBA from the Xavier Institute of Management in India.
Mr. Anindya Banerjee is a chartered accountant. He joined the ICICI Group in 1998 and initially worked in the area of corporate banking before moving to the planning and strategy function in the corporate office. He was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Bank with effect from May 1, 2022. His current responsibilities include financial reporting, planning and strategy, asset-liability management, ESG and CSR.
Joanne Rodrigues was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of Affin Bank Group on 1 June 2020. She is responsible for the overall financial management of the Group, including financial reporting, capital and balance sheet management, funding and liquidity management, regulatory and management reporting, taxation, and strategic financial planning.
Joanne has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, with extensive expertise across finance, treasury, and regulatory functions. Prior to joining the Group, she held senior roles at CIMB and Ambank, where she was involved in strategy, wholesale banking and commercial banking strategy and business services as well as the implementation of accounting and regulatory standards. In addition to her role within the Group, Joanne also holds a Directorship with Generali Insurance Malaysia Berhad.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). She holds a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Alliance Business School, University of Manchester, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
Born in France in 1972, Mr. Loic Faussier graduated with a Master degree in Economics from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University. He also holds two master’s degrees: a Master’s in Finance from University Paris Dauphine-PSL and a Master’s in Business Law from the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po).
With more than 27 years of experience in the financial and banking sector, Mr. Faussier has held numerous senior leadership positions at major financial institutions across France, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Vietnam, including Deputy General manager of HSBC Japan, Head of Global banking cum Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Hanoi branch, Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer of VIB, Chief Executive Officer of SeABank, and Senior Advisor to the Executive Board of LPBank.
He joined SACOMBANK in 03/2026, first as Deputy Chief Executive Officer then officially recognized as Chief Executive Officer by SBV on 10/07/2026.
Victor Lee is the President and CEO of Security Bank Corporation. He is a seasoned banking leader with over 30 years of experience across commercial, SME, consumer, and digital banking, with regional leadership spanning ASEAN, North Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
He is recognized for driving large-scale transformation and building high-performing franchises across diverse markets, with a strong focus on disciplined execution and long-term value creation.
At Security Bank, Victor is leading the Bank’s transformation towards more customer-centric and sustainable banking, anchored on strong governance and a clear focus on delivering better outcomes for clients and communities.
Prior to joining Security Bank, he served as CEO of CIMB Singapore and CIMB Group Commercial Banking. He has also held senior leadership roles at Fullerton Financial Holdings, United Overseas Banking Group, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Eugene Tarzimanov is a Senior Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is the Lead Analyst for banks in Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Eugene is also responsible for coordinating banking research across Asia Pacific, and actively represents Moody’s to regulators, investors and the media on analytical and methodological views. Eugene moved to Singapore from Moody’s Moscow office, where he covered the largest banks in Russia, as well as financial institutions in Europe and the Middle East.
Before joining Moody’s in early 2009, Eugene held senior positions during his five years with Standard & Poor’s, where he was responsible for the analysis of banks in Europe and the Middle East. He has also worked at the CEO’s office of Bank VTB, where he was responsible for inhouse research.
Eugene holds an MBA in financial management from New York’s Pace University, and a BSc in international economics from Moscow’s Finance Academy.
Gene Fang is an Executive Director in the Sovereign and Sub-sovereign Ratings Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he manages the team responsible for sovereign and sub-sovereign ratings in the Asia Pacific region, as well as analysts covering regional and local governments in China. In addition, Gene leads Moody’s Digital Economy strategy in the Asia Pacific region, including engagement with regulators and market participants on Moody’s initiatives in digital finance.
Before joining Moody’s, Gene worked as an investment banker for J.P. Morgan and Citigroup, where we covered financial institutions in Asia. Gene graduated from Columbia University in political science. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
Tengfu Li is a Vice President – Senior Analyst with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group.
Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the credit ratings of financial institutions in Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to Moody’s, Tengfu worked at OCBC Bank, where he developed credit risk models.
Tengfu holds a MSc in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Frank Yuen is a Senior Vice President–Ratings for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Hong Kong, he is the Lead Analyst for major insurers in Asia Pacific, including China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other parts of the region.
Frank is also responsible for coordinating insurance research and outreach conference across Asia Pacific, and actively represents Moody’s to regulators, investors and the media on analytical and methodological views.
Before joining Moody’s in early 2016, Frank was an associate director of equity research covering APAC banks and insurers at two international banks. Frank began his career as a management trainee at a multinational bank, where he worked in the bank’s assets and liabilities management (ALM), transaction banking and operations division. He also received training as an actuarial analyst before graduation.
Frank graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in Actuarial Science, and is a CFA charterholder.
Kensuke Ogawa is an AVP - Ratings with the Financial Institutions Group at Moody’s Ratings. Based in Tokyo, he covers a portfolio of major Japanese banks and insurers.
Kensuke first worked for Moody’s in January 2020 as an Associate Analyst, joining the company after working for a Japanese life insurer in Tokyo and London, and a foreign asset management company as a credit analyst. He left Moody’s for a Japanese asset manager in 2021, and rejoined Moody’s in 2023.
Kensuke holds a Master of Business Administration from Hitotsubashi University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Osaka University. He is a CFA Charterholder.
Srikanth Vadlamani is a Vice President – Group Credit Officer, APAC Banking for the Financial Institutions Group in Asia. Based in Singapore, he is primarily responsible for the credit ratings of banks and finance companies in India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.
Prior to joining Moody’s, he was a Director in Daiwa Securities’ research department in Singapore, where he was responsible for the coverage of banks in the ASEAN region. He has also worked for other investment banks, including J.P. Morgan, Lehman Brothers and Nomura, where he covered banks and other financial institutions in India, Southeast Asia and emerging Europe.
Srikanth holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, majoring in Finance and Economics.
Devang is an Assistant Vice President - Ratings in Moody’s Ratings’ Financial Institutions Group, based in Singapore. He leads credit rating and research for banks in South Asia and non-bank financial institutions in India.
Devang has 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Moody’s Ratings, he served as Deputy Vice President in HDFC Bank’s Credit Risk Management division in India where he focused on credit portfolio risk management and risk analytics.
In earlier roles at HDFC Bank, he managed securitization and underwriting for financial institutions. He began his career with Moody’s domestic affiliate, ICRA Limited in India, specializing in structured finance ratings.
Devang holds an MBA in Finance from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research(SPJIMR) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from VJTI Mumbai.
Jien is an Assistant Vice President – Ratings with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the credit ratings of financial institutions in Thailand and Vietnam.
He was previously a manager leading a team of associate analysts in Moody’s Ratings and Research Support division, supporting the development and maintenance of Moody’s ratings, research and related activities.
Before joining Moody’s, Jien was a manager with Ernst & Young Singapore, covering clients in the banking, asset management and commodity trading industries.
Jien holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide. He is also certified practising accountant (CPA).
Clarabelle Tan is an Assistant Vice President - Ratings with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group.
Based in Singapore, she is responsible for Moody’s portfolio of banks and non-bank financial institutions in Indonesia and Philippines.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Clarabelle was a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore in the Financial Services Assurance team, covering clients in the asset wealth management, venture capital and banking industries.
Clarabelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors), Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
CJ Wong is an Assistant Vice President - Ratings with Moody’s Financial Institutions Group.
Based in Singapore, CJ covers a portfolio of banks and non-bank financial institutions in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Vietnam
Prior to joining Moody’s, CJ worked as a research analyst in the Dividend Forecasting team at IHS Markit, where he was responsible for providing estimates on financial institutions and corporates in Australia and Singapore.
CJ holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and Economics. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Spencer Ng is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Public, Project & Infrastructure Finance team. Based in Singapore, Spencer is responsible for project finance and infrastructure credits, including power utilities, renewables and airports in South and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Moody’s in 2007, Spencer worked for Ernst & Young Transactions Advisory Services in their Project Finance team. Spencer has also held various analytical and accounting roles at ANZ Bank, JP Morgan and State Street Australia.
Spencer holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is also a CFA charterholder.
