Jody Shenn is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings. Mr. Shenn specializes in producing research across a range of both consumer and commercial asset securitization sectors. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2015, Mr. Shenn spent nine years covering residential mortgages, securitization and other fixed-income market topics as a journalist at Bloomberg News. Prior to that, Mr. Shenn worked as a reporter and/or editor at publications including American Banker, The Wall Street Journal and The Southampton Press. He is a graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York

Vincent Del Gatto is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in Moody’s Ratings’ Financial Institutions Group. He is responsible for a portfolio of US insurance companies including life, property & casualty, and mortgage insurers as well as insurance brokers. Vincent joined Moody’s in 2013 where he has held several roles in Moody’s Ratings as well as Moody’s Shared Services as a member of Moody’s Investor Relations team. 

Vincent has a bachelor’s in finance from Fordham University and is a CFA Charter holder.

Stephen Lynch is a Vice President–Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Ratings’ Financial Institutions Group, responsible for a portfolio of regional banks, residential mortgage lenders, and CRE lenders. He is also the lead analyst for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Prior to joining Moody’s, Stephen spent 10 years at S&P Global, where he led a team covering non-bank finance companies and government-sponsored enterprises, and he also previously worked in public accounting. 

Stephen received a BA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Masako Oshima is a Senior Vice President in the Structured Finance Group focusing on surveillance of Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities in the U.S. market at Moody’s Ratings. Prior to her current role starting in August 2021, Masako was responsible for surveillance of Residential Mortgage Backed Securities and Consumer ABS in EMEA region for 7 years. Masako first joined Moody’s in 2007 as VP-Senior Credit Officer in the Structured Finance Group, where she performed rating and monitoring of ABCP programs in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Moody’s, Masako worked in the London, New York, Chicago, Tokyo Offices of JPMorgan Chase and its predecessor organizations in a series of risk management functions covering a broad range of capital market products including securitization transactions funded in ABCP conduits. Before re-joining Moody’s in 2014, Masako was head of Structured Finance Stress Testing at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, responsible for the stress testing of the global structured finance portfolio. Masako is a CFA charter holder and holds MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, AZ and BA from Sophia University, Tokyo, Japan.

Griselda Bisono is a Vice President –Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group (CFG). She joined Moody’s Homebuilding team in 2018 and has lead analyst responsibility for a portfolio of homebuilding and building products companies. In addition to regularly authoring industry research,Griselda leads outreach and engagement efforts for the Homebuilding team and frequently participates in high-profile events including investor roundtables, webinars, third-party conferences and media engagements.

Griselda represents the CFG Homebuilding team in Moody’s US Cross-Sector Housing and Housing Finance Group, which focuses on the development of topical cross-sector research and investor outreach.She also contributes her expertise to Moody’s Homebuilding MIND group, which aims to foster thought leadership and develop cross-regional research.
Previously, Griselda was a member of the REIT team for 13 years where she covered a portfolio of REITs and other commercial property firms in a variety of real estate subsectors within the US, Canada and Latin America. She also previously held a variety of roles in Moody’s Finance group.

Griselda holds a B.A. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College, ZicklinSchool of Business. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.

Christina Boni is a Senior Vice President with Moody’s Ratings, and is responsible for a portfolio of investment grade and speculative grade companies in the retail sector. Prior to joining Moody’s in January 2016, Christina was a Managing

Director for Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) focusing on leveraged retailers. From 2008-2009, Christina was a Portfolio Manager at Fridson Investment Advisors, a credit hedge fund. In addition, Christina was a sell-side leverage finance analyst at Credit

Suisse (CS) and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, which was acquired by CS in 2000. She was voted by clients to the Institutional Investor Fixed Income team for the Retail sector for seven consecutive years. She also was appointed to the Institutional

Investor Fixed Income team for her work in the Supermarket and Food and Beverage sector. In addition, Christina worked at the Walt Disney Company as a Senior Analyst within their Strategic Planning Group. Christina holds a B.S. in Economics from the

Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.

Andrew MacDonald is a VP - Senior Analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Andrew joined Moody’s Services Team in 2020 and is responsible for a portfolio of companies in the Business and Consumer Services industries. During his time at Moody’s prior to this role, Andrew supported the credit analysis of speculative grade companies in the Manufacturing, Construction, Business and Consumer Services, and Distribution industries on the High Yield Team. Before joining Moody’s in November 2009, Andrew was a Financial Analyst at The Blackstone Group. Andrew received a BBA in Finance from James Madison University.

Lori Marks is a Vice President-Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Ratings’ Corporate Finance Group responsible for a portfolio of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate companies across a variety of property types. Lori has extensive commercial real estate experience and has been with Moody’s REITs team for the entire duration of her career at Moody’s, which began in 2003. Prior to Moody’s, Lori was a sell-side equity research associate covering REITs at Deutsche Bank and, prior to that, Prudential Securities. Lori received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jacqueline McFadyen is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in Moody’s Housing and Community Lending Team within the US Public Finance Group. She serves as a lead analyst for a broad range of affordable housing credits. Prior to joining the team, Jacqueline worked at the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority as part of the group that managed the authority’s debt issuances. Earlier in her career, she worked as an analyst in Moody’s Sub-Sovereign and Sovereign Risk Groups. Jacqueline has an M.B.A. in finance from New York University, an M.A. in international relations and Asia from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. from the University of Alberta.

Darrell Wheeler leads CMBS and CRE CLO research at Moody’s Ratings, with over 30 years in commercial real estate and securitization research. He has developed innovative mortgage models, managed structured finance research at top firms including Cantor Fitzgerald, S&P Global Ratings, and Citigroup, and received multiple accolades, such as repeated Institutional Investors poll rankings. Darrell is also an active contributor and editorial board member for CREFC’s E-primer.
