closeJohn Stalder joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team and sits on the Vista Flagship Funds’ Investment Committee.
John has been actively involved in numerous Vista transactions, such as Apptio, Cloud Software Group, Datto (formerly NYSE: MSP), Infoblox and Marketo.
Prior to Vista, John worked at Pagemill Partners, where he focused on investment banking.
Nitin Agrawal is the Chief Financial Officer of CoreWeave, the AI hyperscaler that delivers a cloud platform of cutting-edge software powering the next wave of AI.
Nitin is an accomplished finance executive with more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, and a proven track record in scaling new businesses and developing high-performing teams in high-growth environments.
Prior to CoreWeave, Nitin served as Vice President of Finance for Google Cloud where he was instrumental in driving Google Cloud to profitability and developing the company's AI/ML investment strategy. Before Google Cloud, Nitin was CFO of Mapbox, where he led the company's finance and accounting organizations, including finance, accounting, tax, and treasury. He also held leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, where he served as CFO of the Compute Services division, and at Microsoft, where he held several leadership positions within the enterprise sales and corporate finance teams.
He is based in San Francisco and holds a master's in business administration (MBA finance) from Duke University.
Mr. West has served as President of Moody’s Ratings since November 2019. Mike served as Managing Director—Head of MIS Ratings and Research from June 2016 to October 2019. Previously, Mike served as Managing Director—Head of Global Structured Finance from February 2014 to May 2016 and Managing Director—Head of Global Corporate Finance from January 2010 to January 2014. Earlier in his career, Mike was also responsible for the research strategy for the ratings businesses and before that led Corporate Finance for the EMEA Region, European Corporates and the EMEA leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1998, Mike worked at Bank of America and HSBC in various credit roles.
Marisa DiNatale is a Senior Director and Head of Global Forecasting at Moody’s. Marisa oversees all forecasting and publication operations in the Economics group within Predictive Analytics at Moody’s. Her areas of specialization and research are U.S. labor markets, household balance sheets and credit, and international economics. She is a cohost of the Moody’s weekly podcast “Inside Economics”. Marisa started her career as a labor economist at the Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, DC. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University.
Paloma San Valentin is Head of the Corporate Finance Group (CFG) in North America for Moody’s Ratings, based in New York, overseeing the development of rating opinions and research on corporates in the region. Paloma previously served as Co-Head for US and Americas CFG. From 2010 to 2014, she was a Managing Director in CFG in London, where she was in charge of the analytical teams covering a diverse portfolio of mostly consumer-facing industries including telecom, media, airlines, food processors, real estate, packaged goods, or business services. Paloma joined Moody’s in the summer of 2008, bringing 15 years of international corporate credit and banking experience. Prior to joining Moody’s, Paloma was Country Credit Risk Officer for Bank of America in Spain and responsible for the bank’s Iberian corporate credit portfolio and French general industrial clients. During her career, Paloma also spent three years at Credit Suisse, in different credit risk and investment banking capacities. Ms. San Valentin holds an MBA from Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE), Barcelona, Spain, and a BA in Business and Economics from the Free University of Brussels, Belgium.
Ignacio Rasero is a Managing Director within the US Corporate Finance Group. Ignacio heads the US coverage for the TMT, Services, Healthcare, Consumer Goods and Retail sectors. Prior to his current role Ignacio led the Business and Consumer Services coverage team in the US. Ignacio joined Moody’s in October 2018 as a lead analyst in the Corporate Finance Group. Ignacio joined Moody’s from Citi, were he was a banker in the corporate and investment banking division in New York. As a coverage banker, Ignacio was responsible for executing an originating investment-grade and leveraged debt financing mandates for a range of companies in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector.
Prior to his work at Citi, Ignacio was a manager at Accenture, where he worked with clients across Europe, North America and Asia, focusing on transformational systems integration projects and strategic supply chain optimization. Ignacio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid, Spain) and an MBA from New York University.
