John Puchalla is an Executive Director in the New York office of Moody’s Ratings. He is responsible for the Consumer Products & Gaming team within Moody's US Corporate Finance Group. Prior to his current assignment, John managed Moody’s High Yield Team. Previously, John was as a full-time Rating Committee Chair, managed the Credit Estimates team and led research on defaults and liquidity. John has covered a variety of corporate sectors at Moody’s including consumer products, media and entertainment, broadcasting and cable, publishers and amusement parks. John originally joined Moody’s in 1997 as a member of the Economics Analysis group evaluating trends in global corporate credit quality and credit markets until transferring to the Corporate Finance Group in 2002. Prior to joining Moody’s, John held various positions at Nasdaq and MNC Financial. John holds a M.B.A. in finance, economics and international business from New York University, a B.S. in finance from Penn State University, and is a CFA charter holder

Linda Montag is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Ratings Retail and Consumer Goods Group. Currently, she has responsibility for companies in the consumer goods, beverage, and food industries. Since joining Moody’s, Linda’s responsibilities have also included analysis of retailers, packaging companies, consumer and diversified finance companies, asset management companies and retail broker-dealers as well as German, Austrian and Swiss Banks.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Linda had 12 years commercial banking experience including assignments in domestic retail systems conversions, domestic and international credit departments, international credit liaison function, and foreign financial institutions account relationship officer at Mellon Bank NA. She was also Vice President of loan syndications and corporate lending while at Landesbank-Hessen-Thüringen.

Linda has a BA in Business Administration and German from Grove City College and pursued German language studies at the University of Hamburg, Germany.

Oliver Alcantara is an AVP in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group and is responsible for a portfolio of companies in the consumer durables sector. 

Prior to his current role, Oliver covered speculative grade companies in various industries including consumer packaged goods, business and consumer services, distribution, leisure, and restaurants. During his time at Moody’s, Oliver also supported the credit analysis of both investment grade and speculative grade companies in the retail, apparel, restaurant, and lodging industries. Oliver came to Moody’s from TD Bank, where he managed retail banking operations.

Oliver holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the City University of New York – Queens College.

Rupen Doshi is a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service. Rupen is a lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of companies in the food sector covering both investment grade and high yield credits. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in August 2021, Rupen was a senior credit research analyst at Credit Suisse covering various industries including consumer products, food & beverage, restaurants, industrials, and gaming. Before that, Rupen worked in Credit Suisse’s Leveraged Finance investment banking and Credit Products strategic risk management groups where he focused on various sectors.

Rupen holds a M.B.A. in corporate finance and financial markets & instruments from NYU University, and a B.S. in finance and computer science from Rutgers University, and is a CFA charter holder.

Frank Henson is a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s Investor Service. Frank is a lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of companies in the packaged food, consumer, and protein & agriculture sectors covering both investment grade and high yield credits. 

Prior to joining Moody’s in March 2020, Frank was a co-founder and CIO of a consumer focused hedge fund. Preceding his hedge fund career, Frank was a Managing Director - Senior Credit Research Analyst covering the retail and consumer products sectors at Wells Fargo, Bear Stearns, and Morgan Stanley for over a decade. Prior to his career as a credit research analyst, Frank was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. 

Frank holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A from Rutgers College in Economics.

Maria Iarriccio is a Vice president in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings. Maria is a lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of companies in the U.S. consumer beverage, durables and tobacco sectors covering both investment grade and high yield credits.

Prior to joining Moody’s in February 2019, Maria worked for more than two decades in corporate and investment banking as a portfolio manager spanning many industries including consumer products, durables, aerospace, defense, transportation, chemicals, industrial, automotive, healthcare, retail, food & beverage, building products, packaging, and travel & leisure. During her spare time, Maria manages a not-for-profit organization promoting the athletic development of children in the figure skating discipline.

Maria holds an M.B.A. in finance and investment management from Pace University, and a B.A. in Mathematics from Fordham University.

Irina Lak is an Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings and is responsible for a portfolio of high yield credits in the consumer durables, consumer packaged goods and consumer services sectors. Prior to her current role Irina supported coverage of investment grade and high yield companies in various industries including automotive, transportation and logistics, shipping and business & consumer services. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2008, Irina’s responsibilities included middle office and back office operations at IX Partners. Irina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Investments from Baruch College in New York.
