Sean Cray is a Vice President - Senior Analyst on the Technology, Media & Technology team within the US Corporate Finance Group. Sean covers a diverse portfolio of issuers across the software, digital infrastructure, and telecom sectors. He is also part of Moody’s North America data centers working group. Prior to joining the TMT team in 2024, Sean covered investment grade and speculative grade issuers throughout the business and consumer services, gaming, and consumer products industries. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2008, Sean worked as a financial analyst at AIG.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.

Justin Remsen is a VP - Senior Analyst on the Technology team covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield technology issuers in several verticals including software, diversified technology and semiconductors. Justin has been at Moody’s for over 10 years, including roles as an analyst covering homebuilding related issuers and a team manager, leading a team of associates.

Prior to joining Moody’s in September 2013, Justin was a consultant at Accenture Consulting. Justin holds an MBA from NYU Stern school of Business, a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Carl Salas is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer on the Technology & Services team covering a portfolio of investment grade and high yield technology issuers in a number of verticals including IT distribution, electrical manufacturing services, and hardware. Prior to his work on the Technology & Services team, Carl covered issuers in the Telecommunications & Media team where he was involved in international rating discussions of media issuers and was primary author of several Moody’s rating methodologies related to media, broadcasting, publishing, and advertising. Carl was a featured speaker at numerous industry and investor conferences focusing on media topics.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2010, he held senior management positions on the issuer side as Treasurer of PRIMEDIA, a portfolio company of KKR, and as CFO of Creative Realities, a portfolio company of Pegasus Capital. Previously, Carl was a Managing Director and team leader in the Entertainment & Media Group of Banc of America Securities covering media, outdoor entertainment, and global cruise lines. Carl received his MBA in finance from Columbia University and AB in Biochemistry from Dartmouth College.

José Healy is an AVP-Analyst in the Technology team of Moody’s Ratings’ Corporate Finance Group.

He covers a portfolio of high yield companies in the software, payments, and fintech sectors. He joined Moody’s in 2019 and covered companies in the Transportation & Logistics space, before transferring to the Technology sector coverage in early 2023.

Prior to Moody’s, José was a program director at the South Bronx Educational Foundation as well as an Editions Coordinator at The Wall Street Journal. 

While at The Wall Street Journal, José performed financial research on companies, industries, and markets. 

José has an MBA with a specialization in finance from Baruch College Zicklin School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dallas. 

Stephane Tu is a Lead Analyst on the TMT team within US CFG where he covers leveraged finance issuers in the payment and software sectors. Stephane has been with Moody's for over five years. Prior to joining the TMT team, Stephane covered issuers throughout the consumer products and services industries as a Ratings Associate. Stephane has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Gretchen French is an Associate Managing Director in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group, with responsibility for the Technology team.

Prior to her current role, Gretchen was heading the Homebuilding, Building Materials and Packaging Team. And prior, she was an Associate Managing Director in Ratings & Research Support (RRS), where she led a team of Associate Analyst Team Managers responsible for managing support analysts in the Corporate Finance, Project and Infrastructure Finance, and Sub-Sovereign Groups in the Americas.

Before joining the RRS team, Gretchen was a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer in the Oil and Gas team in the Corporate Finance Group. In this role, she was a lead analyst on a portfolio of investment grade and high yield exploration and production, refining and marketing, midstream, drilling and oilfield services companies in the US, Latin America and Canada.

Gretchen is an active member of the Women’s Business Resource Group (WBRG) at Moody’s and previously served in role of Co-Chair of the New York WBRG.

Gretchen holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vassar College

Lenny Ajzenman is an Associate Managing Director with Moody’s Ratings, and co-heads the Technology, Media and Telecom Team within U.S. Corporate Finance. Prior to his current position, Lenny chaired rating committees for companies across a variety of industry sectors and covered a portfolio of investment and speculative grade business and consumer services companies. Lenny was instrumental in the development and rollout of Moody’s Probability of Default Ratings and Loss Given Default Assessments for speculative grade issuers and has published frequently on leveraged finance topics.

Prior to joining Moody’s in June 2004, Lenny was Vice President and Controller at MacAndrews & Forbes Group Inc. In addition, Lenny was a manager in the mergers and acquisitions and audit departments of Deloitte & Touche. Lenny holds a BBA from Baruch College and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business.

Matthew Jones is a Vice President - Senior Credit Officer within the Corporate Finance Group at Moody’s. Matthew currently specializes in the Software, Connectivity and Communications Equipment industries. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2006, Matthew spent 16 years in the banking industry including positions as Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at CIBC World Markets and as Senior Vice President in the Technology Media and telecommunications group at Royal Bank of Scotland. Matthew also has an extensive background restructuring troubled credits. Matthew is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelors's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Columbia University.

Joining Moody’s Investors Service in 2011, Terry currently serves as a senior analyst in the Technology sector covering primarily semiconductor firms and a variety of business services firms.

Prior to joining Moody’s, Terry spent 14 years in credit analysis at HSH Nordbank, Credit Agricole, Bank of Tokyo, and Nordea, where he was the manager of the credit analysis group in New York. During that time, Terry had a wide range of analytic challenges ranging from work in corporate restructurings and bankruptcies (including the developing legal regimes in the BRICs), to transportation (aircraft pre-delivery deposit and take-out financing and leases, rail car securitization, and infrastructure projects), project and export financing, wireless telecom, technology, auto parts and diversified manufacturing. Before moving to credit analysis, Terry spent about four years doing valuations of non-traded securities (debt, equity and derivatives) for solvency, restructuring and litigation cases, while working for Ernst & Young and Houlihan Lokey.

Terry holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and a MBA from Baruch. Terry completed the written and oral exams toward a PhD in business. In the program he focused on financial economics and did research on the application of term structure models in mortgage backed securities.

Terry is a CFA charterholder.

Raj Joshi is a Senior Vice President on the Corporate Finance Team. He is the lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of enterprise software, hardware and technology-enabled services companies. Raj has covered a portfolio of technology and business services companies since 2010. From 2005 to 2010, he was part of the Telecommunications and Media team. Before joining Moody’s in 2005, Raj was an International Banker at Union Bank of California (now part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group).

Raj has an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai. Raj is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc.

Kevin McNeil is a Vice President- Senior Analyst in the Corporate Finance Group, Technology, Media and Telco team in New York. Kevin is responsible for the ratings of a portfolio of technology and technology-enabled services companies. Prior to joining Moody's in 2022, Kevin worked for five years at Fitch Ratings as a director and analytical lead for technology, information services and business services companies. Prior to Fitch, Kevin was a Vice President at NatWest, a Senior Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and a Consultant for Accenture. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA specializing in Finance & Economics from Columbia University.

Bart Walas is a Vice President – Senior Analyst on the TMT team within US CFG where he covers leveraged finance issuers in the software, diversified tech and tech-enabled services sectors. Bart has been with Moody’s for over 5 years. Prior to joining the TMT team, Bart covered issuers throughout the consumer products, services, and healthcare industries as a Ratings Associate.

 Bart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
