Sean Cray is a Vice President - Senior Analyst on the Technology, Media & Technology team within the US Corporate Finance Group. Sean covers a diverse portfolio of issuers across the software, digital infrastructure, and telecom sectors. He is also part of Moody’s North America data centers working group. Prior to joining the TMT team in 2024, Sean covered investment grade and speculative grade issuers throughout the business and consumer services, gaming, and consumer products industries. Prior to joining Moody’s in 2008, Sean worked as a financial analyst at AIG.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Rutgers University.

Abhi is an assistant vice president with Moody's Ratings Decentralized Finance and Digital Assets (DFDA) team. He brings to the table over a decade of professional experience in quantitative modeling, credit risk management, fixed income, and structured finance. Abhi's academic background in electrical engineering and financial risk management helps him stay on top of the latest technological developments and various use cases in the field of digital finance.

Agustin Alberti is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group based in Madrid. He is responsible for a portfolio of high profile issuers in the TMT sector.

Agustin joined Moody’s in December 2018. Prior to joining Moody’s Agustin worked for 8 years for BBVA as a TMT buy side analyst and portfolio manager. Previously, he was a TMT sell side analyst for Banco Sabadell for 3 years, and head of investor relations for Tecnocom for 2 years.

Agustin has a degree in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid and a degree in Philosophy from UPRA (Rome). Agustin is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian.

Farah Zakir is a Vice President – Senior Analyst in the Business and Consumer Services team. Farah covers a portfolio that includes companies in the staffing, travel services and business consulting industries, among other verticals. Farah joined Moody’s from Citigroup, where she was a high yield credit research analyst covering the oilfield services and power sectors. In her capacity as lead analyst at Citigroup Farah published research that analyzed the credit and operations of companies and made recommendations based on her research. Prior to her work at Citigroup Farah was an Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at RBS Securities, where she advised issuers on debt transactions across sectors. Farah also has experience in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America where she was an Analyst.

Farah has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College and a Masters of Arts in Finance and Economics from Brandeis University.

Fiona is a Vice President -Senior Analyst within Moody's Corporate Finance Group based in London. She manages a portfolio of investment grade and high yield corporates across diversified sectors. Immediately before her current role Fiona was a member of Moody's Analytics Credit, Risk and Lending team. Fiona joined Moody's in 2011 bringing nearly 20 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Moody's Fiona worked in the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of a New York-based multinational investment bank and previously in the Leveraged Acquisition Finance team of a Boston-based corporate finance house. She commenced her career with an investment bank in Sydney. Fiona holds a B.Sc. (Hons) Economics and Finance, London School of Economics, University of London, and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law.

Joanna Zeng O’Brien is a Vice President - Senior Analyst in the New York office of Moody’s Ratings. Joanna covers a portfolio of consumer services issuers in the Consumer Products & Gaming team within Moody’s US Corporate Finance Group. Prior to joining Moody’s, Joanna spent about a decade on both the buy-side and sell-side of Wall Street in credit research and emerging markets. 

Joanna holds a Master in International Finance and Business from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Nathalie Tuszewski is a lead analyst in the high yield and leveraged finance franchise based in Stockholm. She is currently responsible for a portfolio of companies focused primarily on the business and consumer service sector and manufacturing industry in EMEA. 

Nathalie joined Moody’s in 2012 and has worked in the Corporate Finance Group across a range of industries, mostly in the leverage finance sector. Nathalie holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Institut d’Administration des Entreprises de Lille.

Oleg Markin is an AVP-Analyst in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Oleg joined Moody’s Services team in 2018 and is responsible for a portfolio of the US speculative and investment grade companies in the Business and Consumer Services industries. Prior to that, Oleg was a lead analyst on Moody’s High Yield team from 2014-2018.

Before joining Moody’s in April 2006, Oleg was an Associate Underwriter in the property and casualty group at an independent specialty managing general agent for American International Group (AIG). Oleg received a BBA in Finance from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
