Oli Harris is Global Head of Kinexys by J.P. Morgan, the firm's digital asset business
that reimagines how money, assets, and financial information move. Kinexys powers
programmable payments, asset tokenization, and near real-time settlement across
global markets and financial services, with over $3 trillion in transactions processed
since inception.
Oli has spent more than 15 years building bank-led digital asset and fintech
businesses, with global leadership experience across the US, UK, EU, Middle East,
and Asia.
Prior to returning to J.P. Morgan, Oli was Managing Director and Head of Digital
Assets, Americas, at Goldman Sachs, where he led the firm's digital strategy and
private investments, built out its crypto trading and lending businesses, and oversaw
GS DAP™, Goldman's asset tokenization platform.
In his first tenure at J.P. Morgan, as Head of Digital Assets Strategy and Quorum, Oli
established and led the team that commercialized Quorum, the world's first
enterprise Ethereum blockchain platform and a foundational technology of what is
now Kinexys. He also served as Head of FinTech and Digital Strategy across the
Corporate & Investment Bank, and as Head of Strategy for the International
Consumer Bank, where he helped shape and launch Chase UK, the firm's fully digital
retail bank.
Before finance, Oli served as an Economic Reform and Governance Advisor at the
Office of Tony Blair, and led the New Energy Architecture Initiative at the World
Economic Forum, working directly with Heads of State on economic, financial, and
energy reform.
Oli grew up across Portugal, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK, and holds
First Class Honours from the University of Cambridge

Since joining the firm in 2007, Koren has held several key roles, including Global Head of Risk and Business Control for Wealth Management Analytics, Data, and Innovation

Her career began at PTR Capital Management followed by a tenure in the Fixed Income, Banking and Equity Strategies Division at Goldman Sachs

A passionate advocate for women’s professional advancement, Koren actively chairs the Firmwide AI Women in Wealth chapter at Morgan Stanley, dedicating her efforts to fostering leadership and growth opportunities for women in the finance sector.

Thomas Sullivan is Managing Director of DTCC Digital Assets. Within this role, he is responsible for leading and facilitating the development of DTCC Digital Assets’ strategic objectives, driving critical projects and partnering with clients, regulators and market participants to advance the firm’s leadership in digital innovation.

Tom has over 20 years of experience in securities and banking, focusing on the intersection of operations and innovation. Prior to DTCC, Tom served as Managing Director at Société Générale in New York, where he was the Head of Business Development for Digital Assets and spearheaded tokenization and blockchain efforts for the firm in the Americas. Before that, Tom served in various operational roles at Société Générale, including securities settlements, collateral management, f/x and payments. Prior to Société Générale, Tom was the Head of Broker Dealer Operations at Commerzbank where he managed securities settlements, securities lending support, and asset servicing.  With the merger of Commerzbank and Dresdner Bank in 2009, Tom coordinated the integration of the operational platforms of the firms. In addition to these roles, Tom has been an active member in several industry groups, including the Digital Asset Markets subcommittee of the CFTC’s Global Markets Advisory Committee where he worked to develop tokenization recommendations.

Tom graduated from New York University with BA in Economics and holds Series 7, 24,27, 63, and 99 registrations with FINRA.

Michael West is Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Ratings.

Prior to his appointment in 2019, he held several leadership roles at Moody’s, including Managing Director – Head of Moody’s Ratings and Research from 2016 to 2019. He also served as Managing Director – Head of Global Structured Finance from 2014 to 2016 and Managing Director – Head of Global Corporate Finance from 2010 to 2014.

Earlier in his career, Michael led research strategy for Moody’s ratings businesses and before that led Corporate Finance for the EMEA region, European corporates and the EMEA leveraged finance business. Prior to joining Moody’s in 1998, Michael worked at Bank of America and HSBC in various credit roles.

Michael has a bachelor’s degree in politics with economics and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in the U.K.

Atsi Sheth is Chief Credit Officer and Head of Credit Strategy & Standards at Moody's Ratings.

Prior to her appointment in 2024, she held several leadership roles at Moody's, including Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Strategy and Research from 2021 to 2024.

She also served as Managing Director, Chief Credit Officer for the Americas from 2018 to 2021, and Managing Director, Sovereign Risk Group from 2016 to 2018.

Atsi is a long-time champion of Moody's Community Impact and Inclusion initiatives. She serves on the Board of Moody's Foundation and was the Executive Sponsor of the Pan Asian Impact Business Resource Group.

Earlier in her career, Atsi was the Chief Economist at Reliance Capital and taught courses on International Political Economy and Emerging Markets at Columbia University and Northwestern University.

Atsi has a PhD from Northwestern University and a B.A. from Bombay University.

Annabel Schaafsma is a Managing Director and Global Head of the Structured Finance Group within Ratings and Research. She is responsible for a global team that both assign primary ratings as well as the surveillance of existing ratings covering all asset types including Asset Backed Securities, Corporate and Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Structured Credit and Covered Bonds.

Annabel has many years of experience in credit analysis, as well as managing credit professionals. Annabel first joined Moody’s in 2001 in the Structured Finance Group where she went onto leading teams assigning Primary ratings to Residential Mortgage Backed securities and the surveillance of Consumer Asset Backed Securities in EMEA. Prior to her current role she worked in Credit Strategy and Standards Group responsible for the Methodology Development Group. Prior to joining Moody’s Annabel worked for Credit Suisse in the Credit Risk Management department in various roles in London and New York. In 2006 Annabel joined Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Credit Research for the Structured Credit Investment team that invested in structured finance instruments. Before re-joining Moody’s in 2010, Annabel was head of Traded Credit Risk Management for Standard Chartered Bank in London responsible for the identification and analysis of credit risks within the firm’s trading business.

Annabel is passionate about diversity and inclusion; she is the executive sponsor of the Moody’s UK Women’s Business Resource Group. Annabel holds an undergraduate degree in Economics focused in finance and accountancy from Manchester University

Donald is co-head of global banking and oversees the North American region for the ratings of banks, finance companies and securities firms. As a senior leader in Moody's financial institutions’ management team, Donald focuses on deepening analytical approaches and engagement, steering the franchise, engaging with developments in digital finance, and adapting processes, tools and workflow to address rapid digitalization and AI adoption.

Previously, Donald led a team of analysts covering a portfolio of global investment banks, specialty finance and securities firms in North America and Europe. He was also a lead analyst for securities firms and global investment banks. Donald started his Moody’s Ratings career as an accounting specialist, helping to educate analysts on matters of accounting and financial reporting.

Before joining Moody’s Ratings in 2007, Donald was a Director of Financial Audit at Siemens Corporation and an Audit Manager at PwC. Donald is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and holds an undergraduate honors degree from the University of Glasgow.

Rajeev Bamra serves as the Executive Director for Digital Economy at Moody's Rating. A seasoned executive and thought leader, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the intersection of traditional finance and digital finance within the rating agency. In his current position, Rajeev leads the strategy and operations group, driving key decisions at Executive and Senior Leadership levels, and ensuring Moody's readiness for the digitalization of the global economy.

Rajeev has been a key influencer in instilling the concept of digital finance, encompassing digital currencies, decentralized technologies, and innovative product design, into the fabric of Moody's ecosystem. His visionary leadership extracts the maximum potential from the evolving digital economy, steering the innovation agenda and operational planning for the organization.

As a recognized thought leader, Rajeev has authored research papers and thought leadership documents on digital finance infrastructure development, leveraging transformative technologies such as blockchain and AI across various sectors. Actively representing Moody's at events, panels, webinars, and podcasts, he helps optimize stakeholder relations to underscore Moody's commitment to digital finance and innovation. His visionary leadership and strategic acumen continue to propel Moody's into the forefront of the evolving digital economy.

Jeff currently oversees the US banking team. Most recently, Jeff worked in Credit Strategy & Standards where he focused on Public Finance and Financial Institutions. Previously, Jeff was a lead analyst and accounting specialist.

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings in 2003, Jeff spent 12 years in public accounting, latterly with PwC. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated magna cum laude from Skidmore College in New York with a degree in business.

Megan oversees the North American team responsible for the ratings and research of a portfolio spanning Canadian banks, US-based global investment and universal banks, securities firms, wealth managers, traditional asset managers and pension managers.

Before leading the team, Megan spent nearly 15 years as a Moody’s Ratings analyst covering a broad range of global investment, universal, US regional and community banks. Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings, Megan held positions at Freddie Mac, primarily within the Finance department. She holds an honors degree in economics and political science from the University of Delaware.

Nearly 20 years’ professional experience (including 15+ years at Moody’s Ratings).

Joseph oversees the North American team covering specialty finance companies. From 2007 to 2022, Joseph was a lead analyst for various US financial institutions, including US regional and community banks, credit unions, Federal Home Loan Banks, commercial real estate lenders and business development companies.  

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings in 2004, Joseph held positions at Credit Suisse, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen. Joseph is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated cum laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.

Warren covers a broad portfolio of global investment and universal banks, US regional banks and finance companies. Previously, Warren was a Managing Director in the Structured Finance Group. 

Prior to joining Moody's Ratings, Warren held senior investment banking positions with William Blair & Co. and The Industrial Bank of Japan. He holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Allen covers a broad portfolio of global investment, universal and US regional banks. 

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings in 1999, Allen completed a Management Associate program with the Dun & Bradstreet Corporation. Allen holds a B.A. degree from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. 

30+ years’ professional experience (including 25+ years at Moody’s Ratings).

Inna covers a portfolio of finance companies including auto lenders and aircraft lessors. Previously, Inna was an Assistant Vice President in the High Yield Corporate Finance Group.  

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings, Inna worked at JPMorgan Chase and UBS Investment Bank. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Emory University and a Bachelor in Finance from Southern Illinois University. 

20+ years’ professional experience (including 10+ years at Moody’s Ratings).

Robert covers a portfolio of Canadian banks, insurance companies and pension asset managers.

Before joining Moody’s Ratings, Rob worked at another credit rating agency based in Toronto where he was a lead analyst on the large Canadian banks and various credit unions and other financial institutions in Canada. Rob also held a wide range of senior level positions in Finance at Royal Bank of Canada, including roles in external reporting, investor relations and performance management reporting and forecasting. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CA).

Gabriel covers a portfolio of securities firms and consumer finance companies. Previously, Gabriel was a Ratings Associate assisting with the analysis of global investment banks and securities firms.

Gabriel holds an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Connecticut.

Stephen covers a portfolio of US regional banks, non-bank finance companies, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.   

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings, Stephen led a team that covered non-bank finance companies at another rating agency. Stephen also worked in KPMG’s mergers & acquisitions group and Deloitte’s federal tax practices. Stephen holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and an undergraduate degree from UCLA in Business Economics and Political Science. Stephen is a CFA charter holder and holds an active CPA license.

Clay covers a portfolio of business development companies and middle market direct lenders.

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings, Clay was an Associate Director at another rating agency covering a variety of bank and non-bank financial institutions. Prior to that, Clay worked at UBS in equity research and equity capital markets. He holds an undergraduate degree with a major in finance from the University of South Carolina. 

15+ years’ professional experience (including 3+ years at Moody’s Ratings).

Robin will cover a portfolio of banks and securities companies. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Robin worked at the Federal Reserve Board and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where he primarily worked on banking policy matters, including rulemaking and interpretations, policy analysis, and transaction reviews. Robin also held roles in credit capacities at three investment banks. Robin received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Davidson College and is a CFA charter holder. 

18+ years’ professional experience (including 5+ years at Moody’s Ratings and Moody’s Analytics).

Mike covers a portfolio of US banks and consumer finance companies.

Prior to joining Moody’s Ratings, Mike spent eight years as a lead analyst at another rating agency and fifteen years as a stock analyst, responsible for the coverage of several large banks and non-banks. Mike holds an MBA with a finance concentration from the University of Florida and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Pace University.
