Joe Wong has been with Moody’s Ratings since January 2005. He is currently a Vice President – Ratings with the Structured Finance Group.

Joe is a rating analyst for Asian structured finance transactions, with a focus on covered bonds. He has also been rating transactions in a wide range of other asset classes, including structured credit, asset backed securities and mortgage backed securities. Joe is the lead rating analyst for a number of landmark transactions, including the first covered bond programs established under the Singaporean and Korean covered bond laws, the first cross-border Korean commercial auto loan ABS, the first secured notes issued by major Chinese bank, the cross-border China CMBS and one of the few CPDO in Asia. He has also published regular researches on the credit trend of Asian transactions and comparisons with the global transactions to enhance market understanding of Asian transactions.

Joe received his Bachelor of Engineering degree and Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Graduate Statistician (HKSS).

Daniel is an AVP - Ratings in the Structured Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Daniel is responsible for analysing the credit quality of securitization and covered bond markets in South and South East Asia. He is also responsible for monitoring the latest legal, regulatory, and market developments of securitization in the region, authoring research and conducting outreach to the market.

Prior to joining Moody’s in 2022, Daniel was a Lead covering Asian project finance at Infrastructure Asia, where he managed relationships and undertook due diligence to originate infrastructure projects. Before that, he was a Vice President of strategy and research, covering the Asia-Oceania region at MUFG Bank for five years.

Daniel holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management (Specialisation: Project Finance) from the National University of Singapore and Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of New South Wales.

関　雄介はムーディーズのストラクチャード・ファイナンス・グループのエグゼクティブ・ディレクターであり、日本の新規格付チームを担当しています。入社以来ストラクチャード・ファイナンス・グループに所属しており、当初はアナリストとしてABSやCLO、ABCP、リパッケージ債などの格付に従事しました。新規格付チームを統括するようになってからは、ABS、RMBS、CMBS、CLOなど幅広いアセットクラスを担当しております。

Lionel Koe は、シンガポールを拠点とするムーディーズのストラクチャード・ファイナンス・グループのマネージング・ディレクターであり、地域全体の新規格付チームを率いる責任を担っています。ムーディーズに入社する前は、シンガポールのING銀行でアジア太平洋地域の資産証券化部門のマネージング・ディレクター兼責任者を務めていました。この役職では、資産証券化チームを指導し拡大し、オーストラリア、韓国、香港、シンガポールにおける証券化取引のオリジネーション、ストラクチャリング、ディストリビューションをカバーしていました。

ING以前は、メルボルンとシドニーにあるナショナル・オーストラリア銀行（NAB）で17年間勤務していました。エグゼクティブ・ディレクターとして、公募市場、私募市場、ウェアハウスファシリティを通じて資金調達される幅広い証券化取引のストラクチャリングを担当していました。キャリアの中で、住宅ローン担保証券（RMBS）や資産担保証券（ABS）など、担保付きおよび無担保の多様な資産クラスにわたって業務を行い、外国通貨トランシェ、ローン全体の売却、ポートフォリオの買収、カバードボンドを含む取引のストラクチャリングにも関与してきました。

キャリアの初期には、メルボルンのスタンダード＆プアーズで働き、ニューヨークへの出向では、さまざまな資産クラスに取り組みました。ライオネルは、フリンダース大学で法学学士号と商学学士号を取得しています。
