We are pleased to invite you to Bridging the Gap: Global Trends, U.S. Policy, and Moody’s View on Stablecoin Risk on March 25, 2026, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Moody’s Washington, DC office (1401 I Street NW). This off the record roundtable will convene digital asset firms, trade associations, and policy influencers for a focused discussion on the evolving stablecoin landscape and Moody’s forthcoming Stablecoin Rating Methodology.

Fabian Astic, Managing Director and Global Head of Digital Economy, will open the interactive conversation by sharing key takeaways from Moody’s flagship Digital Frontiers conference, highlighting recent global developments, and comparing them with the latest U.S. policy trends. He will then frame where regulatory approaches are converging — and importantly, where gaps and risks still remain in the digital assets ecosystem. A guest speaker will then provide an update on U.S. market structure legislation, including the CLARITY Act and implementation of the GENIUS Act. Fabian will follow with an overview of Moody’s Stablecoin Rating Methodology, outlining core risk considerations for issuers, intermediaries, and policymakers.

The program will continue with an open discussion, Q&A and conclude with a reception.
