John is a Senior Vice President in Moody’s Ratings Global Project and Infrastructure Finance Team where he coordinates Moody’s global data center related research, outreach, and analytical initiatives including Moody’s US project finance private credit market engagement. John speaks at multiple conferences on a variety of infrastructure topics every year, authors key research across on multiple infrastructure asset types, and annually leads several new rating assignments for complex project financings in digital, energy, transportation, and social infrastructure.  

Before joining the project finance team in 2010, John spent two and a half years as a lead analyst for local governments and enterprises in Moody’s Ratings Eastern Region Local Government Team rating municipal issuers in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Florida. John helped launch and was the first co-chair of Moody’s US Multicultural Business Resource Group and was also a founding member of Moody’s US PRIDE Business Resource Group. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, John worked as a risk management analyst, a property and casualty insurance account manager, and a health care hospital claims auditor. John earned his BA from Stanford University and his MPA from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Raj Joshi is a Senior Vice President on the Corporate Finance Team. He is the lead analyst responsible for a portfolio of enterprise software, hardware and technology-enabled services companies. Raj has covered a portfolio of technology and business services companies since 2010. From 2005 to 2010, he was part of the Telecommunications and Media team. Before joining Moody’s in 2005, Raj was an International Banker at Union Bank of California (now part of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group).

Raj has an MBA from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Mumbai. Raj is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc.

Ranjini Venkatesan is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s Ratings’ Corporate Finance Group responsible for a portfolio of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate companies across a variety of property types. Prior to her current role, Ranjini was a lead analyst in Moody’s Ratings’ Financial Institutions Group covering financial guaranty and mortgage insurance companies. Before joining Moody’s, Ranjini was a sell-side equity research analyst at ABN Amro Asia. Ranjini holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a master’s degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.

Ryan Wobbrock is a Senior Vice President in the Global Infrastructure Finance Group at Moody’s Ratings. His responsibilities include conducting industry research and supporting the credit analysis of various U.S. electric utility companies. Prior to joining the Utilities Group as a Senior Associate in December 2004, Ryan worked at Moody’s in the Public Finance Group and spent time in Investment Accounting at Ambac Financial Group. Ryan graduated as an Honors Program Participant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Veronica Huang is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer on the Funds and Asset Management team in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group, focusing on fund finance and private credit. Prior to her current role, she spent eight years on Moody’s CMBS New Ratings team where she led the ratings analysis of conduit/fusion and large loan CMBS transactions. Veronica also led Moody’s CMBS data center team and played a pivotal role in developing the firm’s approach to data center CMBS and ABS ratings.

Previously, Veronica also worked in Moody’s RMBS and ABS teams. She holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Drake University. Veronica is also a CFA charterholder.

Nidhi Dhruv is a Vice President with Moody’s Corporate Finance Group. Based in Singapore, Nidhi covers a portfolio of issuers across the telecommunications, telecom towers, mining, construction and airline industries in South and Southeast Asia.

Before joining Moody’s in 2007, Nidhi was an analyst with Citigroup Investment Banking in India and Singapore for three years. 

Nidhi is a CFA charterholder and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She also has an MBA in Finance from Mumbai University.

Ramzi is a Vice President in Moody’s Corporate Finance Group in London focused on real estate.

He joined Moody’s in February 2011 as a lead analyst in EMEA CMBS responsible for analysing and rating a large variety of commercial mortgage backed transactions across all EMEA jurisdictions and property types. Ramzi’s responsibilities also included researching and analysing property market data and tracking European occupational and investment market trends.

Ramzi also worked in Moody’s Financial Institutions Group’s Analytics Team, where he was instrumental in conducting successful stress tests for banks globally as well as monitoring bank asset quality.

Prior to beginning his career at Moody’s in 2011, Ramzi spent 15 years working with a variety of European banks as a real estate credit specialist, and also worked in the Middle East on real estate development projects.

Ramzi’s prior roles included working as a senior real estate credit officer at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He also worked as deputy head of portfolio management at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank with direct risk responsibility for a large real estate finance portfolio covering a diverse range of assets including office, retail, industrial, hotels, residential, and healthcare.

Ramzi earned his MSc in Real Estate Investment from the Cass Business School. He also holds an MSc in Finance and a BA in General Management, both from Boston College.
