Cristina Sofia Dias is the Head of Cabinet of Commissioner Maria Luis Albuquerque, in charge of Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union. Cristina joined the European Commission in November 2022. 

From September 2018 to November 2022 she worked at the European Parliament. Between 1995 and 2018 Cristina held various positions in the Portuguese securities regulator, CMVM, namely as Secretary General. Cristina was Chief of Staff in the Portuguese Finance Ministry from 2012 to 2015. Between 2007 and 2012, she was Financial Attaché in the Portuguese Permanent Representation in Brussels. She graduated in Law (1990-1995), holds a masters in Law (2001) and a post-graduation in financial markets (2000).

Benoît joined Aperam in 2011 as Group Treasurer. Since 2025, he also leads the M&A function including Aperam Ventures. Benoît has more than 25 years of experience in the Metals and Mining industry. Prior to this, he was a senior Manager at Dexia Bank. Earlier, Benoît held various finance senior roles during his 8 years spent at ArcelorMittal based in Luxembourg and Paris, and during his 4 years spent at Umicore in Belgium and the USA. Benoît holds a Bachelor and a Master in Business Administration from HEC Management School at the University of Liège. He is a Belgian citizen and speaks French and English.

Carlo Morettin is, in the CTO team of Aperam Group, the Global Head of Decarbonization and Operational Excellence.
He joined Cockerill Sambre in 1988 in the Blast Furnaces’ Maintenance department, has worked as continuous improvement engineer until 1990, in the energy department (production and maintenance of a power plant, gas and electricity grid management) until 1995. From 1995 until 2002, he has worked in the meltshop division (BOF and EAF), as maintenance and projects manager prior to become head of maintenance of the Hot Strip Mill until 2006. Then, he has been appointed Head of Human Resources for the ArcelorMittal Stainless Châtelet plant.

He left the steel industry in 2009 to work in the lime sector, as plant manager and head of HSE and sustainability for the Carmeuse Group.

In 2017, he has been appointed  head of Aperam Châtelet plant and in 2022, he became Chief Sustainability Officer of Aperam Group.

Carlo, 60, holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UCLouvain in Belgium.

Nick Hill is a Managing Director and heads the Credit Strategy & Guidance function within the Credit Strategy & Standards division in Moody’s Ratings. 

Based in Paris, he joined Moody’s in March 2010, initially heading the France / BeNeLux banking team. 

Since then he has managed successively larger teams, led the global revision of Moody’s bank rating methodology, which was published in 2015, and latterly was co-head of the global banking team. 

Prior to joining Moody’s, Nick worked as a bank analyst in a variety of roles. These include banking supervision at the Bank of England and Financial Services Authority, where he began his career; sell-side equity research on French banks in a #1 ranked team at Morgan Stanley; rating UK and continental European banks at Standard & Poor’s; and providing balance sheet advice to financial institutions with RBS. 

A graduate of Christ’s College, University of Cambridge in the UK, Nick holds an MA in English, a diploma in French, and a postgraduate certificate in Finance from Birkbeck College, University of London.   

Paul Marty is a Associate Managing Director in Moody’s EMEA Infrastructure Finance team, based in Paris. He oversees a team of analysts covering regulated and unregulated utilities across EMEA and is also responsible for a portfolio of utilities in Portugal. Over the course of a long career at Moody’s, Paul has covered a broad range of sectors including oil & gas and real estate and is experienced in rating both conventional and complex structured financing arrangements. Paul is an authority on the European utility sector and the lead author of Moody’srating methodology for regulated electric and gas networks. He has published extensively on the utility sector, authored well-received reports on environmental risks and developments, and frequently presents Moody’s views at investor roundtables and other events. Moody’s has a leading global Infrastructure Finance franchise, rating some US$2trillion of corporate and project finance securities, representing more than 90% of all public bonds issued globally in the sector. 180 analytical sector staff cover more than 1,700 infrastructure issuers globally. Moody’s EMEA team of 46 specialists is responsible for rating around 430 issuers. The rating agency covers more than39,000 issuers and transactions. Paul’s prior work experience includes 3 years in an independent credit research boutique, covering high-yield corporate issuers. Paul started his career in Mergers& Acquisitions at BNP Paribas where he worked on a number of transactions in the oil & gas sector. Paul graduated from the ESSEC Business School in Paris, France. He is fluent in English and French.

Adriana Cruz Felix, Senior Vice President of Sustainable Finance. Adriana heads Moody’s Ratings sustainable finance analytical team for the EMEA region. This team is responsible for producing second-party opinions and net-zero assessments.

For more than a decade, Adriana has been engaged in the sustainable development sector, dedicating the last seven years to analyzing the potential environmental and social benefits of financial instruments. She is one of the main authors of Moody’s Ratings SPO assessment framework and serves as the Chair of Moody’s Ratings Sustainable Finance Analytical Council. Additionally, she actively participates in ICMA’s sustainable finance working groups and task forces. Her sectors of expertise are energy and transition, green buildings, biodiversity, and social projects.

Sarah has been the lead analyst for most countries in the European Union, and is also a former lead analyst for the United States. She is currently the lead analyst for France and Italy, among other European countries. She is also one of the Sovereign Risk Group’s global spokespeople. 

She joined Moody’s in 2009 after completing a Sloan Fellowship at the London Business School. Prior to this academic sabbatical, she spent seven years at the Financial Services Authority in London where she headed the regulator’s Risk Analysis area and acted as its chief macroeconomist. Before joining the FSA, she worked in Dun & Bradstreet’s Economic Analysis Group for six years, where she was the organisation’s Deputy Chief Economist. 

She holds an MA in European Studies (with a concentration in Economics and Finance) from the Elliott School of International Affairs at the George Washington University in Washington, DC and an AB with a double major in Government and History from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire in the United States. She is a CFA Charterholder and is co-chair of the Macroeconomic Committee of the CFA Society France. She is a dual citizen of the United Kingdom and the United States and is based in Paris.

Leroy Terrelonge is a Vice President – Senior Credit Officer in the Moody's Ratings Cyber Credit Risk Group, where he is responsible for creating and executing the group's research and outreach agenda. He works collaboratively with stakeholders across Moody’s to build and assess cyber datasets and publish timely and relevant research on cyber risk and its impact on financial performance. Leroy has more than 20 years of risk experience working in government, international education, tech startups and corporates. Prior to joining Moody’s, Leroy led a team of analysts at Flashpoint, a threat intelligence company that researches cybercriminal communities, and previously worked as  an analyst at the National Security Agency. e has been cited in both domestic and international media on cyber risk issues and has presented at cybersecurity conferences around the world. Leroy graduated from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy with a Masters in International Business and holds an A.B. in Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations cum laude from Harvard University. He also served as a Princeton-in-Asia fellow in Almaty, Kazakhstan and serves on the board of this organization. He is an avid touch rugby referee.

Vitali Morgovski is Vice President – Senior Analyst within Moody’s EMEA Corporate Finance Group based in Frankfurt. He has lead analyst responsibility for a diverse portfolio of companies from the business and consumer services sector, manufacturing, aerospace and defense as well as auto suppliers.

Vitali joined Moody’s as an Assistant Vice President – Analyst in December 2017. Prior to this, Vitali worked for SEB and Commerzbank as a credit research analyst covering corporates across various industries.

Vitali is a CFA charterholder and holds a master degree in business administration from the Justus-Liebig University Giessen, Germany.
