Anil is a global financial services leader with more than 30 years' experience, predominantly in Asia, combining strategic vision and execution in some of the world's biggest companies.
Prior to joining Prudential, Anil served as President and CEO of Manulife Asia where he successfully grew and transformed its diversified and multi-channel business with significant market share gains in many key markets and made it the company’s largest source of core earnings.
Prior to this, he spent 25 years with Citi in Asia Pacific, EMEA and the US, in a number of consumer financial services roles.Anil holds a Master’s Degree in Management Studies from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
Mr Hung is the President, International for Standard Chartered. He sits on the Group’s Management Team and is the Chairman of both Standard Chartered Bank (China) Limited and Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited.
Mr Hung joined Standard Chartered in 1992 and has held a number of senior management positions spanning corporate, commercial and retail banking. Prior to the current role, he was CEO, Asia, overseeing the Bank’s presence in 21 Asian markets.
Mr Hung is a member of the Hong Kong Chief Executive’s Council of Advisers, Exchange Fund Advisory Committee and the General Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. He is the Co-Chair of B20’s Trade and Investment Taskforce. He also serves as an economic advisor at the International Consultative Conference on the Future Economic Development of Guangdong Province, Mainland China. He was previously the chairman of the Hong Kong Association of Banks, a member of the Financial Services Development Council, a board member of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, the Hong Kong Airport Authority and the Hong Kong Hospital Authority, and a Council Member of the University of Hong Kong.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and is married with two children.

Luanne is the Group Chief Sustainability Officer at CIMB, one of ASEAN’s leading banking groups, where she is responsible for transforming CIMB into a leader in responsible banking in Asia. She is also the Working Group Chair of the CEO Action Network Malaysia, and on the Steering Group of the UN-convened Net Zero Banking Alliance.
Luanne has extensive experience in sustainability, strategy and transformation, as well as change management, and has been involved in various fields, including financial services, consulting and startups. She has a Bachelor's and Master’s in Manufacturing Engineering from Cambridge, and a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability from Harvard University Extension School. Luanne is the recipient of accolades such as EcoBusiness A-list, Top Sustainability Superwoman in Asia, and Top 10 Women in Sustainability in APAC.
Michael is the Group Chief Actuary at FWD Group with responsibilities spanning balance sheet management, reinsurance, regulatory and economic capital, EV, Financial reporting, products and compensation, Group Wide Supervision and model governance and transformation.
Prior to joining FWD Group, Michael spent 5 years with KPMG in Hong Kong leading the Asia Pacific Actuarial and Insurance Risk Management practice; 12 years at EY London where he last led the UK firms Finance Actuarial and Insurance Risk Management services as well as 3 years in South Africa within a local corporate.
Mr Noel Gerald DCruz was appointed Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO) on 1 January 2023. As GCRO, he has overall responsibility for the management of risk, including Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) for OCBC’s businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and other overseas markets. In addition, he was concurrently appointed as Group Chief Information Security Officer responsible for Cyber & Information Security. He reports jointly to both Group CEO and the Board Risk Committee of OCBC Bank.
Mr DCruz joined the Bank in 1989 after a stint in the Monetary Authority of Singapore and rose through the ranks to head both the Group Risk Portfolio Management department as well as the Group Data Management Office. He has been closely involved in the re-organisation and reinforcement of the Bank’s credit risk management function with dedicated policy, underwriting, analytics, remediation and data units, and the establishment of the Credit Risk Management Committee.
Mr DCruz led the OCBC Group Basel programme to develop internal ratings based approaches for credit management and capital adequacy assessments and later the modelling approaches for Expected Credit Loss portfolio allowances. In 2017, he also established the Group Data Management Office to drive implementation of a Group-wide data governance and management framework.
Mr DCruz holds a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Liu Xiaochun is deputy head of Shanghai Finance Institute and head of Shanghai Financial Digitalization Research Center. Mr. Liu has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. He was vice-chairman and president of China Zheshang Bank from 2014-2018, leading the operational transition of the bank. Prior to that, he worked for many years in the Zhejiang Branch and Hong Kong Branch of Agricultural Bank of China. Mr. Liu focuses on the digital transformation of financial institutions and management of medium-and-small sized banks.

Phil Joubert is the Director of Investment Consulting at AIA Group. During his seven years with AIA he has worked across Finance and Investment, driving high-impact change initiatives. Those initiatives include rates hedging programs for ALM purposes, redesigning the Group’s Strategic Asset Allocation process, and introducing new investment infrastructure and investment strategies, notably to support the Group’s allocation to private markets.
Phil is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries, and holds an MSc in Mathematics and Finance from Imperial College, London. In his free time he climbs mountains, goes to Olivia Rodrigo concerts, and plays video games.
Hemant Lodha is Managing Director Strategic Solutions Group, responsible for providing strategic rating and capital structure advisory services for HSBC’s clients in the region. Hemant has led over 300 ratings advisory assignments in APAC across Corporate, Financial Institution and Sovereign. Hemant has over 22+ years of experience in the financial services sector and has been working with HSBC since 2004.
Gabriel Wilson-Otto is the Head of Sustainable Investing Strategy at Fidelity International and based in Hong Kong.
Gabriel leads the global development of sustainable investment frameworks, policies, proprietary tools and product offerings. He works closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to support Fidelity’s sustainable investing ambition and to develop solutions for clients.
Gabriel joined Fidelity in 2021 from BNP Paribas Asset Management where he was Global Head of Sustainability Research and had previously held the position of Head of Stewardship, Asia Pacific. Prior to BNPP AM, he was an Executive Director in Goldman Sachs’ Global Investment Research division and Head of GS SUSTAIN for Asia.
Gabriel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) and a Bachelor of Information Systems from the University of Melbourne. He is a CFA charter holder.
He started his career as a banker at Tokyo Branch in 1984. Osaka Branch is the first branch for him as a General Manager after experiencing banking services at Tokyo Branch, New York Branch and head office (Corporate Planning Department) of the Bank.
He also exercised his management skills at Kiryu Branch and Ota Branch, then he worked as the General Manager at Risk Management Department and Corporate Planning Department. He became a director of the Bank in 2013, covering corporate planning, banking system, sales promotion and human resources. He has been in the current position, the President and CEO, since 2019.

She started her career at Nomura Research Institute, Inc. and has extensive experience in both the financial industry and business companies, including asset management at a foreign investment advisory company; a CFO at a JASDAQ listed company; the first female Deputy President of a Japanese regional bank; and an outside director of portfolio companies owned by private equity and listed renewable energy company.
In her previous position at Dai ichi Life Holdings, Inc., she contributed to build the company's leading position in the industry, by promoting integration of global sustainability initiatives and business strategy at the Corporate Strategy Division, as well as by driving ESG integration and sustainable finance as an asset owner and a long term institutional investor in its subsidiary insurance company.
She has been in her current position since October 2022, serving as Group Chief Sustainability Officer, overseeing the overall sustainability of the Group, including domestic and overseas banking, securities and trust businesses, as well as Chief Sustainability Officer of MUFG Bank Ltd., aiming to enhance MUFG's sustainability management.
She is also committed to the development of sustainable finance through speaking at seminars and contributing articles on SDGs/sustainable finance in Japan.
In March 2021, she was selected as one of the Global Top 50 women in Investment Management by Institutional Investor.

Mr.Tezuka is Fellow (Climate Change) at JFE Steel Corporation, and the Chairman of Working Group on International Environmental Strategy, KEIDANREN (Japan Business Federation). He joined NKK Corporation (now JFE Steel Corporation) as a system control engineer in a steel works, then has been in charge of various positions including the head of Washington DC office, Director at National Steel Corporation in USA, and Deputy General Manager at Corporate Planning Department.
Since 2007, Mr.Tezuka has been in charge of climate change, environment and energy policy issues. He chairs Energy Technology Committee at Japan Iron and Steel Federation. He is also a Vice-Chair of Environment & Energy Committee at OECD-BIAC. He has also serving as a members of various governmental committees of METI, MOE, and FSA.
Mr.Tezuka received MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and BE on Applied Physics from The University of Tokyo.
Eugenia Koh is Managing Director, Global Head of Sustainable Finance for the Wealth and Retail Banking division at Standard Chartered Bank. In her role, she is responsible for building sustainable product capabilities and client engagement tools, and partners with bankers to engage clients on sustainable finance and investing. She also oversees the division’s net zero commitments, and works with her risk colleagues to embed reputational, sustainability and climate risk considerations into governance frameworks and risk management processes.
She has over 14 years of experience in sustainable development from sustainable investing to corporate social responsibility and experimenting with building a social enterprise to support livelihoods in Cambodia.
Prior to joining the Bank, Eugenia worked in the COO team at Barclays, where she had her initial foray into impact investing. There, she was tasked with evaluating and exploring the implementation of an impact investing platform for Barclays in Asia.
She started her career at Weber Shandwick, and worked on a number of award-winning public relations campaigns spanning thought leadership to corporate social responsibility.
She is author of “Dawn Kwan. Art Awakening”, a chronicle of child prodigy Dawn Kwan’s journey as a child artist, which is available in all National Libraries in Singapore.
Euben joined Nomura in February 2010 and is based in Singapore, heading the team
covering the economies of Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.
Prior to that, Euben worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, and before that he was at
Credit Suisse and DBS Bank, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the industry.
Euben is frequently quoted in the media and has been a recipient of various awards in
economic forecasting and top research rankings for the region. Euben has an Advanced
Certificate in International Economics from the Kiel Institute for World Economics in
Germany, an M.Sc. (Economics) from the National University of Singapore and a B.Sc.
(Business Economics) from the University of the Philippines.
Background
Hannah joined CBRE in 2024 to lead the Valuation & Advisory Services - Hong
Kong (HK). Hannah is a highly respected and accomplished real estate
professional with nearly two decades of experience in the industry.
After obtaining her Master's Degree in Real Estate from The University of Hong
Kong in 2008, she was elected as a member of the RICS in 2009 and the HKIS in
2012, underscoring her deep knowledge and commitment to the profession.
Whilst having a strong knowledge of all aspects of valuation in Hong Kong,
Hannah has developed specialisation in areas such as REITs, logistics, and data
centres, where she has become a recognised thought leader, regularly
contributing her insights through media channels and newspaper columns.
Hannah's exceptional capabilities and leadership qualities were further
demonstrated during her time at Colliers, where she headed the valuation &
advisory department with a team of over 60 staff. Under her leadership, Hannah's
team at Colliers received the prestigious RICS Valuation Team of the Year award
for two consecutive years, in 2022 and 2023.
Her strong commitment to the profession is also demonstrated through her
involvement in several influential industry associations, including the AustCham
Property & Infrastructure Committee, the Urban Land Institute CULi) Hong Kong
Executive Committee, and the ULI Women's Leadership Initiative.

Hannah has accrued extensive valuation and advisory services experience over
her 19 years in the sector, including property investment and development
projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis, and
feasibility studies.

Hideto Yamamoto joined Aflac in 2015 as senior vice president, chief investment officer of Aflac Japan, the predecessor of Aflac Life Insurance Japan, where he chairs the Japan Investment Committee and is responsible for leading and managing a team of investment professionals, while having oversight responsibility for ensuring execution of globally approved investment strategy of the Aflac Life Insurance Japan portfolio. He is also a member of the Global Finance Committee and the Global Risk Committee. In 2018, he was named President and Representative Director of Aflac Asset Management Japan. Prior to joining Aflac, he served in roles of increasing responsibility at DIAM International, most recently serving as chief executive officer and chief investment officer in the company’s London office. Prior to joining DIAM, he spent 15 years serving in roles of progressive responsibility at the Industrial Bank of Japan, which included portfolio management and economic research. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Keio University in Tokyo.
Motomi Hiratsuka joined Neuberger Berman Group in April 2016, engaging in the
sales of investment strategies targeting traditional and alternative assets managed by Neuberger Berman, primarily to institutional investors such as insurance companies and banks. Oversees the financial institutions business as the head of the Financial Institutions Group.
Prior to joining the company, joined Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. in 1989 and worked at Daiwa Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. (currently Daiwa Asset Management Co., Ltd.) since 1993. Engaged in the development of quantitative investment models and mark eting to institutional investors. From 1997, worked at Goldman Sachs Securities Co., from 2002 at BNP Paribas Securities Co., and from 2010 at Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd., involved in solution sales in equities and equity derivatives, and asset allocation.
From September 2014, seconded from Morgan Stanley MUFG Securities Co., Ltd. to Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley PB Securities Co., Ltd. (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities Co., Ltd.), engaged in product development for high net worth individuals.
Graduated from Tokyo University of Science, Faculty of Science and Technology, Department of Applied Biological Science. Holds the qualification of Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA).
Naoko Nemoto is a professor at Waseda Business School (Graduate School of Business and Finance). Until May 2021, she was a financial economist at the Asian Development Bank Institute. Her research interests include financial markets, financial inclusion, and sustainable development goals. Before that she was a managing director at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services and an economist at the Bank of Japan.
She has a BA in law from Waseda University, Tokyo, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a PhD in finance from Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo. Currently she is a board member of the Government Pension Investment Fund Japan, Hokkoku Financial Group and Mizuho Bank. She is a chair of the Carbon Neutrality Working Group at Financial Service Agency in Japan.
Hironobu Suzuki joined Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance in April 2022 as a loan employee from Nippon Life Insurance, Manager of Financial Administration Group in the Investment Planning Department; from 2023, as the General Manager of the Investment and Loan Department of the Company, responsible for loan and securities investment including bond, equity and alternative.
Prior to joining the Company, worked for Nippon Life Insurance in 1994 and was involved in the investment of domestic and foreign bonds and foreign equity investments in the Treasury & Capital Market Department, International Investment Department and Foreign Equity & Alternative Investment Department. Also involved in asset allocation and ALM in the Finance & Investment Planning Department, and market risk quantification and securities system development in the Securities Operations Department.
Since 2016, led alternative investments at Nippon Life's US asset management base (New York), including hedge funds, private equity, infrastructure and overseas real estate investments; in 2017, launched the company's direct lending investment program; from 2019, managed the European asset management base (London) as Managing Director & CEO, responsible for fixed income, alternatives and project finance.
Graduated from Keio University of Department of Commerce. Holds U.S. CPA certification.
Robert is the global Head of Swiss Re's L&H Financial Market portfolio providing structured reinsurance to optimize insurer's balance sheets. He has +20 years working in the financial sector across ALM, portfolio management, structuring, derivatives and hedging. Robert joined Swiss Re in 2008 in London and then relocated to Hong Kong for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Robert worked in Investment Banking & as an auditor.
Liza is Head of Responsible Investment at Prudential. She is accountable for the responsible investment strategy for all markets in which Prudential operates across Asia and Africa. This includes setting ambitious responsible investment targets with special attention for the challenges in emerging markets and the trade-off between responsible investment initiatives and the risk/return profile of the portfolio. Before joining Prudential, she was an investment strategist at PGGM, where she focused on responsible investment and strategic asset allocation. Liza is a CFA Charterholder and obtained her masters in International Economics cum laude.
